Sono passata per prenotare le analisi del sangue, ma il farmacista, dopo aver bofonchiato fra sé e sé per vari minuti facendo polemica sulla tipologia della prescrizione, in maniera molto sgarbata e maleducata mi ha detto che non aveva tempo per fare la mia prenotazione.
A quel punto mi sono dovuta recare presso un'altra farmacia, ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile procedere con la prenotazione in quanto risultava già effettuata. A questo punto dovrò farmi fare una nuova impegnativa dal medico e perdere ancora altro tempo.
Gli errori capitano e non è questo il punto, ma questo farmacista è stato davvero maleducato e sgradevole, non ci tornerò mai più.
La sua collega invece sembrava disponibile.

I went to book the blood tests, but the pharmacist, after muttering to himself for several minutes arguing about the type of prescription, in a very rude and rude way told me that he didn't have time to make my reservation.
At that point I had to go to another pharmacy, but they told me that it was not possible to proceed with the reservation as it was already made. At this point I will have to get a new referral from the doctor and waste even more time.
Mistakes happen and that's not the point, but this pharmacist was really rude and unpleasant, I will never go back.
His colleague, on the other hand, seemed available.
