Nonostante il pagamento online sia stato accettato, arrivati lì ci è stato detto che la carta non andava bene perché non era nominale (online si, al ritiro). Volevamo cambiare guidatore perché avevamo una carta nominale. Non è stato possibile. Niente auto, inutile dire che i soldi li han tenuti perchè, cito "Non possiamo fare altrimenti".
 If I could I would put 0. Absolutely not recommended. Although the online payment was accepted, when we got there we were told that the card was not good because it was not nominal (online yes, upon withdrawal). We wanted to change drivers because we had a nominal card. It was not possible. No cars, needless to say that they kept the money because, I quote "We can't do otherwise".

They charged me one day more than I used the car and when I made the claim the customer service is terrible, I do not recommend it at all

Reserved higher class, but on the place proposed to take lower class with the same price.
Two stars only because Economy class car was in good condition and I did not have troubles with it.
