β β β β β Really bad and rude experience with the employee. Did not give me and my friends the car we had booked because supposedly our card was not credit but a debit card..We checked with the bank and it was credit of course.Thank god we found another agency and we did not miss our trip.

β β β β β My friends and I, we didnβt rent a car as the guy there didnβt accept our credit card as he was pretending it was a debit card and then we double checked with the bank and it was definitely a credit card.

β β β β β Unfortunately a bad experience with this car rental office. They weren't accepting our non-italian credit card or even a very generous deposit. I am aware that the latter might be a company policy, but other rental companies do accept deposits. Eventually, we found another rental company that gladly accepted our credit card, but the whole experience completely messed up our travel itinerary.

β β β β β Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. My trip to Italy was almost ruined because on the day of departure they wouldn't give me the car that I had previously booked, even though I met all the requirements. Luckily for me, I eventually found a different car rental company and continued with my trip.

β β β β β If I could put zero stars I would. The employee was not accepting my non-Italian credit card giving the excuse that it is not a credit but a debit card. The employee was also a bit ironic. In the end we had to cancel our reservation on site and we had to find another car rental on a Saturday morning which was a big hustle. I contacted the bank and they confirmed that it is indeed a credit card. Really bad experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
