★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in data 18/9/2019 per un finanziamento, in teoria ti promettono che entro 24h ti danno una risposta ma in data odierna 20/9/2019 ancora non era stata visionata la mia richiesta, ho provato a contattare la filiale ma è stato uno scaricabarile per cui non ho risolto..allorché ho dato disdetta ed ho trovato un altra agenzia che ha subito dimostrato la sua serietà e competenza, in più con un tasso molto più vantaggioso. Se volete un consiglio lasciate perdere compass e consultate altre aziende analoghe
I went on 09/18/2019 for a loan, in theory they promise you that within 24 hours they will give you an answer but today 20/9/2019 still had not been viewed my request, I tried to contact the branch but it is was a blame game for which I have not solved .. when I gave notice of termination and found another agency that immediately showed its seriousness and competence, plus with a much more advantageous rate. If you want advice, forget about compass and consult other similar companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegato presuntuoso e maleducato (un certo Alessio), ho fatto richiesta per un finanziamento, ma per motivi personali non volevo più procedere alla firma del contratto, quella sottospecie di impiegato mi ha minacciato di ritrovarmi comunque la richiesta ancora aperta e mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Ovviamente farò reclamo.
