Non vedo l'ora di cambiare banca. Bad service, as in all the other branches of this institution that I have dealt with. Total lack of respect for customers and for the commitments made. Fate qualcosa per fare si che ogni lavoratore aiuti almeno un cliente, non che ci siano due sportelli e metà dei lavoratori camminano q caso cercando di indirizzare la gente, non indirizzate ma sedetevi e aiutate. Se potessi mettere meno di una stella lo farei , ho aspettato per due ore per una cosa da niente e alla fine mi sono stufato ci ho messo circa 5minuti col banking online. Faccio recensioni per passione e mi dispiace ogni tanto trovare posti in cui veramente non si fa un c**zo per sostenere la clientela in modo concreto, vogliono solo dedicare due sportelli per una massa di clienti e comunque sono lenti. Nereid Ndreu Lack of professionalism and even with the minimum of customers the waiting times are terrible, they do not even deserve that I put two stars that would rise the average. Do something to ensure that each worker helps at least one customer, not that there are two branches and half of the workers walk q if so trying to direct people, not direct but sit down and help. If I could put less than one star I would, I waited for two hours for a small thing and in the end I got bored it took me about 5 minutes with online banking. I do reviews for passion and I regret every now and then to find places where you really don't do shit to support customers in a concrete way, they just want to dedicate two branches to a mass of customers and in any case they are slow.
