Historic bank in the historic center. Attendants available kind and prepared. Excellent privacy and up-to-date services and ongoing updates. Beautiful building between Liberty and late nineteenth century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irrispettosi, scortesi e ovviamente non disposti ad aiutare. Decisamente una pessima esperienza, con totale mancanza di professionalità da parte dei dipendenti e che giudicano i propri clienti in base alla provenienza.
Quando richiesto, si rifiutano di farti parlare con un superiore.
Disrespectful, rude and obviously not willing to help. Definitely a bad experience, with total lack of professionalism on the part of the employees and who judge their customers based on their origin.
When asked, they refuse to let you speak to a superior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Esperienza. Personale poco professionale. Per rispondere a un disservizio del loro sportello bancomat non hanno saputo gestire la pratica dandomi false informazioni. Dipendente molto maleducata mi ha trattato in maniera poco rispettosa fissando un appuntamento in filiale per poi farmi dire dalla responsabile della cassa che la pratica si sarebbe conclusa giorni dopo. Non mi sembra il giusto atteggiamento verso i clienti
Bad Experience. Unprofessional staff. To respond to a malfunction of their ATM they were unable to manage the practice by giving me false information. Very rude employee treated me in a disrespectful way by making an appointment at the branch and then let me tell the manager of the cash register that the practice would be concluded days later. It doesn't seem like the right attitude towards customers

Rossella their best consultant! Professional, punctual and capable person in the most complex and intricate practices.
Availability and courtesy on the part of all their employees. I highly recommend BPER both for the countless financing possibilities and more but above all for the precision with which they follow and treat the customer.

Metto 5 stelle solamente per Stefania e Rossella che fanno il loro lavoro più del loro dovere.

Esternamente è presente un bancomat, la cosa più interessante è un servizio automatico per il ritiro dei pacchi da Amazon, molto comodo per chi non è presente in.casa ai classici orari di consegna dei corrieri
Classic bper branch, not too big. Helpful staff, not very crowded on average. Externally there is an ATM, the most interesting thing is an automatic service for the collection of packages from Amazon, very convenient for those not present in.casa to the classic courier delivery times
