★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è fin troppa. Ho chiamato ieri per prenotare tampone, la signora gentilissima mi ha inserita alle 8.30 al posto di un’altra persona che aveva annullato. Arrivo 10 minuti prima in farmacia e con stupore scopro che non si erano segnati il mio appuntamento, avendo pure il coraggio di dirmi che non avevo telefonato a loro nonostante io gli abbia mostrato gli screenshot mostrando la chiamata di 2 minuti con il numero di questa farmacia.
Una disorganizzazione imbarazzante e schifosa. Assicuratevi di registrare le telefonate perché potreste trovarvi nella mia disgustosa situazione.
One star is too much. I called yesterday to book a buffer, the very kind lady entered me at 8.30 in place of another person who had canceled. I arrive 10 minutes earlier at the pharmacy and with amazement I discover that they had not signed my appointment, even having the courage to tell me that I had not phoned them even though I showed them the screenshots showing the 2-minute call with the number of this pharmacy .
An embarrassing and disgusting disorganization. Be sure to record the phone calls as you may find yourself in my disgusting situation.
