I needed to swab my request and they responded in a rude and annoyed way. I will never set foot in it again !!!

I go only for the antigenic swabs and for now I consider them the most delicate in carrying out the collection. Yesterday was my # 89 tampon since June 2020 and I can consider myself an expert on the subject.

Great service for the amount of work they have. Simona and Paola the engine of the pharmacy. Everyone is good, despite the difficult period they give their all.

Extremely rude staff, never looking for a solution. If you stop 30 seconds to think, they hurry by saying they have to move on. With acquaintances, on the other hand, they chat. Beware of the rest they give you - they are often wrong.

If you could, I wouldn't even give a star I made an appointment 1 WEEK BEFORE to do the swab and when I arrived I was told to leave because they were not with the times and to return in the afternoon giving me a vague time. In addition, the pharmacist showed me the diary almost as a mockery by showing me how many people there were Professionalism and organization equal to 0 If you don't stay with the times, rather make fewer appointments!

This morning I went to this pharmacy to purchase a medicine that required a prescription. Not having found it, before leaving the house I called my doctor who, kindly, sent me the required prescription VIA MAIL. Since this is a repeatable recipe and being able to verify that the forwarding it had been done shortly before I thought that there were no problems with the purchase of the drug. Instead, after about twenty minutes in a row (I am biblical slow), when my turn came, I heard the answer that paper was needed ........ In moments like this I believe common sense should prevail and not the exasperating typically Italian bureaucracy ....... I specify that it has happened to me many times in other pharmacies ... .. in Parma ... in Milan ... in Versilia to request drugs with a white prescription photographed on the mobile phone ... .. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS !!! I am aware that it must be stamped to limit its use …… ..but let's go if a person is incorrect if he makes many photocopies etc. etc….. As obvious as it was, I went to another pharmacy where I had no problem getting the drug. Too bad that a beautiful structure like the "San Lazzaro" is managed so badly and above all with such rude and unprofessional staff ......... that they don't know how to take the slightest responsibility. The pharmacist must also know how to evaluate who is in front of him ... ... in reality it is much more convenient to be a "luxury clerk" less hassle ....... and income is still guaranteed ... .. people get sick all the same and, at times, are forced to despite having to go to these pharmacies too.
