Le numerose visite dell'immobile da parte delle persone interessate all'acquisto sono state "rapide" ma, allo stesso tempo, esaustive, quindi chi andava via aveva acquisito tutte le informazioni necessarie per la propria valutazione finale. L'immobile è stato venduto in pochissimi giorni e al prezzo di richiesta grazie all'operatività continua dell'agenzia che è in grado di seguire sia il venditore che l'acquirente in tutte le fasi della vendita, dal preliminare al rogito, occupandosi anche della parte burocratica. Carmelo, il responsabile, è molto preparato e risolutivo, riesce a consigliarti al meglio! Alla fine dell'operazione diventa uno di famiglia ;-) Team al Top! Bravi!
