Il risultato è stato una vendita rapida ed adeguata nella contropartita economica. Se nella vita le case possono passare di mano in mano, non si deve dare per scontato che per essere strette, “questi mani” abbiano bisogno di persone appassionate del proprio lavoro. Grazie davvero. The professionalism of large agencies allowed us to locate the property that we had decided to sell in the right way. The result was a quick and adequate sale in the economic counterpart. If houses can pass from hand to hand in life, it should not be taken for granted that to be tightened, "these hands" need people who are passionate about their work. Thank you very much.
M	Massimiliano Turco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio caso ho trovato persone poco serie. Leggo un annuncio su immobiliare .It di una stanza,mi informo e l'inserzionista faceva parte di questa agenzia. Le mando un messaggio su WhatsApp e non risponde. Decido di andare sabato mattina in agenzia per avere altre informazioni. Spiego la situazione a una ragazza alla reception,la quale mi dice che avrebbe mandato un messaggio alla sua collaboratrice per farmi contattare. Nel frattempo un dipendente che si trovava lì,fa notare alla ragazza alla reception che si stava liberando una stanza in via Zanguidi,ma ancora non era in vetrina,quindi dico alla reception di farmi contattare anche dall'altra collaboratrice che trattava l altra stanza.Non avendo risposte nella giornata di sabato, lunedì nel primo pomeriggio torno in agenzia e la stessa ragazza mi dice che nuovamente che mi avrebbe fatto contattare. A questo punto chiedo di avere i numeri di servizio delle due collaboratrici per essere più sicuri e mi vengono forniti. Chiamo l'altra che si occupava della stanza in via Zanguidi ma non risponde,quindi provo altre volte in momenti diversi, le mando anche un messaggio su WhatsApp,ma niente, nessuna risposta. Penso che non sia un atteggiamento da professionisti, i quali in ogni caso richiamano e si mettono a disposizione per eventuali soluzioni etc. Pessima esperienza. In my case, I have found people who are not serious. I read an ad on real estate .It of a room, I inquire and the advertiser was part of this agency. I text her on WhatsApp and she doesn't reply. I decide to go to the agency on Saturday morning to get more information. I explain the situation to a girl at the reception, who tells me she would send a message to her employee to contact me. In the meantime, an employee who was there, points out to the girl at the reception that a room in via Zanguidi was being vacated, but it was not yet in the window, so I tell the reception to let the other employee contact me as well who treated the other room. Having no answers on Saturday, Monday in the early afternoon I go back to the agency and the same girl tells me that again she would have me contacted. At this point I ask to have the service numbers of the two collaborators to be more secure and they are provided to me. I call the other who took care of the room in via Zanguidi but she doesn't answer, so I try other times at different times, I also send her a message on WhatsApp, but nothing, no answer. I think it is not an attitude of professionals, who in any case call back and make themselves available for any solutions etc. Bad experience.

Saldando l'importo dovuto al preliminare di vendita avevo il dubbio di essere poi abbandonata, invece l'agenzia è stata sempre disponibile per ogni mia esigenza fino alla vendita del mio immobile che ha avuto buon fine nel migliore dei modi. Extremely serious, efficient and reliable staff in particular Mrs. Sara Miodini who followed me. By paying the amount due to the preliminary sale I had the doubt of being abandoned, but the agency was always available for my every need until the sale of my property which was successful in the best way.
