Qualsiasi sia la tua esigenza passa da FitLady qui troverai un team che ti farà venir voglia di lavorare. Penso che la FitLady sia una dolce famiglia.

Ho avuto la possibilità di frequentare i corsi Fit For Lady dai primi mesi di gravidanza al post parto e li sto seguendo tutt'ora.
Sono entusiasta della loro proposta dedicata specificatamente alle donne sia per la preparazione e professionalità delle ragazze dello staff sia per gli spazi e attrezzature che hanno predisposto per i più piccoli in modo da rispondere a tutte le esigenze delle neomamme compresa la possibilità di dialogo e confronto nei corsi di gruppo.
Anche il corso preparto che organizzano periodicamente (anche on line) mi è stato utilissimo: ha trattato gli argomenti più importanti insieme ad ottime professioniste esterne in modo completo e con una sensibilità tutta femminile.

I had the opportunity to attend the Fit For Lady courses from the first months of pregnancy to post-partum and I am still following them today.
I am enthusiastic about their proposal dedicated specifically to women both for the preparation and professionalism of the staff girls and for the spaces and equipment they have prepared for the little ones in order to meet all the needs of new mothers including the possibility of dialogue and comparison in group courses.
Even the preparatory course that they organize periodically (even online) was very useful to me: it dealt with the most important topics together with excellent external professionals in a complete way and with an all-female sensitivity.
