Certamente i servizi di qualità ci sono, ma l'ambiente è poco "accogliente" verso i clienti: simbolica la sparizione della "cassetta dei suggerimenti dei clienti", anche perché non li ascoltava nessuno. Alcuni trainer non sempre attenti (ai maschi) e non tanta flessibilità tra reception e addette commerciali. Se ci andate, chiedete di Barbara, non ti regala nulla ma almeno ti rispetta come cliente. La SPA meriterebbe ma è un poco trascurata e i massaggi di Nunzia sono fantastici. Gym with SPA and soccer field on the roof, which sets a certain tone. Con il Covid di mezzo non è stato facile ma grazie alle loro soluzioni tempestive il Mio corso di pilates online è continuato. Complimenti ad Alessia per la sua preparazione e simpatia. Grazie anche a Barbara per rispondere sempre a tutti i miei dubbi . Consigliato! Fantastic gym with very qualified and trained instructors. Con Edoardo e Laura, istruttori che conosco personalmente, sono davvero formatissimi sia in Sala che nei corsi, sanno anche come darti la carica anche se di energie non ne hai più, perchè in Wellfit non bisogna fare allenamento per stancarsi, ma per sentirsi meglio! Barbara, è la persona che ti accoglie, la persona che la prima volta che entri in Wellfit ti fa vedere la palestra, la persona che ti indica il giusto allenatore e quella che ti aiuta per qualsiasi esigenza nella programmazione dell'iscrizione. Un plauso a tutto lo staff - reception, consulenti commerciali e istruttori. Questi ultimi hanno sempre molta pazienza nei mei confronti. Grazie mille! Inoltre spogliatoi, bagni e Docce pulitissime!
