Bad management of the public, I called asking for a drug, they answered at 19.29 (closing time 19.30) I was in front of the pharmacy at 19.31 and after making me run they did not open me .. rude and uncivilized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata con la copia di una normale e completa ricetta medica, stampata dalla mia e-mail. Uguale in ogni sua parta ad un’altra comune ricetta. Presentata questa in farmacia, la farmacista mi ha scortesemente fatto notare che in quel momento, consegnandomi il farmaco, avrebbe compiuto chissà quale eccezione data l’invalidità del foglio perché stampato. Facendomi pagare il prezzo pieno (18€ a fronte di 7/8€) mi ha consegnato il farmaco, dicendomi che sarei potuta però ripassare per un eventuale rimborso con un buono. Uscendo, ho salutato e ringraziato la stessa signorina che con tanto di servizio arrogante e presuntuoso non mi ha degnato nemmeno di un ‘grazie, arrivederci’, lasciandomi per di più frettolosamente e sgarbatamente il pacco sul bancone, senza averlo imbustato.
È stato il primo caso di problemi per una comunissima ricetta stampata.
Capisco che il problema non sia della farmacia ma della signorina farmacista in questione, e dunque ritengo comunque sia opportuno condividerlo.
I came in with a copy of a normal, complete medical prescription, printed from my e-mail. The same in every part of another common recipe. Having presented this to the pharmacy, the pharmacist rudely pointed out that at that moment, by handing me the drug, she would have made who knows what exception given the invalidity of the sheet because it was printed. By charging me the full price (€ 18 compared to € 7/8) he handed me the drug, telling me that I could, however, come back for a possible refund with a voucher. On leaving, I greeted and thanked the same young lady who, with a lot of arrogant and presumptuous service, did not even deign to me a 'thank you, goodbye', leaving me hastily and rudely with the package on the counter without having bagged it.
It was the first case of problems for a very common printed recipe.
I understand that the problem is not with the pharmacy but with the pharmacist in question, and therefore I think it is appropriate to share it anyway.

Dalla parte esterna fuori trovi un gazebo dove fare i tamponi nasali....molto comodo.
