★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza pessima: entri chiedi di un abito che hai visto tre settimane fa in vetrina, ben due commesse interpellate non hanno la benché minima idea di che cosa tu stia parlando e ti guardano stralunate e seccate, ma hanno la bontà di chiedere alla gestrice che spiega a loro....; a quel punto una va a prendere l'abito dopo averti squadrata per indovinare la taglia anziché chiedere alla cliente....e va a reperire l'abito nei piani alti dove evidentemente non sono ammesse tutte le clienti, forse solo le fedelissime o semplicemente chi risulta simpatico.....Non voglio tediare nessuno e quindi mi fermo: l'impressione complessiva è quella di una staticità affettata, l'atmosfera è pesante tutt'altro che creativa o stimolante. A conclusione di queste riflessioni ci tengo a precisare che sono persona non più giovane che tiene moltissimo alla forma, al bon ton.....
A very bad experience: you enter ask for a dress you saw three weeks ago in the window, two consulted orders don't have the slightest idea of what you are talking about and they look at you dazed and annoyed, but they have the goodness to ask the manager which explains to them ....; at that point one goes to get the dress after squaring you to guess the size instead of asking the client .... and goes to find the dress on the upper floors where obviously not all customers are allowed, perhaps only the most loyal or simply who is nice ..... I don't want to bore anyone and therefore I stop: the overall impression is that of a static immobility, the atmosphere is heavy, anything but creative or stimulating. At the conclusion of these reflections I want to clarify that I am a person who is no longer young and who cares a lot about form, bon ton .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire. . Una piacevolissima esperienza. . Disponibilità e cortesia mi hanno avvolto circa un mesetto fa quando colta dalla curiosità di un abito in vetrina sono entrata in negozio. Si viene accolti da una piacevolissima esperienza sensoriale alla quale si aggiungono la disponibilità del personale e la preparazione. Punta di diamante la gerente che con il suo carisma e la sua professionalità è riuscita a concludere positivamente questa mia giornata dandomi lo spunto per nuovi look . Concludendo: finalmente ho trovato il negozio che fa per me!!
What to say. . A very pleasant experience. . Availability and courtesy wrapped me about a month ago when I was caught by the curiosity of a dress in a window I entered the store. You are greeted by a very pleasant sensorial experience to which are added the availability of staff and preparation. The spearhead is the manager who, with her charisma and professionalism, has managed to successfully conclude my day by giving me the inspiration for new looks. In conclusion: I finally found the store that's right for me !!
