★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa farmacia in occasione di un soggiorno a Parma. La struttura si trova nella parte sud-est della città vicino all'uscita Traversetolo della tangenziale sud. L'interno non è molto ampio ma è ben rifornito. La farmacista è molto cordiale e mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente come utilizzare le medicine che ho acquistato.
I've been in this pharmacy during a stay in Parma. The property is located in the south-east part of the city near the Traversetolo exit of the southern ring road. The interior is not extensive but is well stocked. The pharmacist is very friendly and explained to me in detail how to use the medicines I purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non sono un abituale cliente di questa farmacia, appena entrato vengo squadrato e mi sento già a disagio. Chiedo educatamente se praticano fori alle orecchie e alla risposta positiva chiedo di poterne fare uno. La farmacista mi guarda e mi risponde "si, però non adesso e non oggi" senza motivarne il motivo e con una espressione scocciata (almeno questa è stata la mia sensazione). Erano due persone dietro al bancone e nessuno in fila. Penso che non ci tornerò più e nemmeno la consiglierò. Peccato da parte di professionisti del settore mi aspettavo un atteggiamento migliore verso la persona.
I state that I am not a regular customer of this pharmacy, as soon as I enter I am squared off and I already feel uncomfortable. I politely ask if they drill holes in the ears and on positive answer I ask to be able to do one. The pharmacist looks at me and answers "yes, but not now and not today" without giving reasons and with an annoyed expression (at least that was my feeling). There were two people behind the counter and no one in line. I think I will never go back nor recommend it. Too bad from professionals in the sector I expected a better attitude towards the person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia molto grande, soprattutto fornita di prodotti di bellezza. J medicinali spesso li devono ordinare. Il personale gentile tranne un paio che rispondono anche in malo modo. E oggi che hanno pieno per i tamponi non rispondono nemmeno al telefono.
Very large pharmacy, mainly stocked with beauty products. Medicines often have to be ordered. The staff are polite except a couple who also respond badly. And today they are full of tampons and they don't even answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che sia la farmacia più vicina a casa. Farmacisti sempre scortesi. Consiglio anche a controllare bene lo scontrino dopo acquisto perché ci hanno fatto pagare 28€ al posto di 14€ per un articolo (sparato 2volte)
