★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se si offre un servizio di consegna a domicilio gratuita con pagamento alla consegna, pubblicizzandolo sul sito del comune di parma, bisognerebbe che i prezzi online concordati al momento dell'ordine siano rispettati, senza sorprendenti rialzi alla consegna. un parafarmaco sul sito costava 16, alla consegna mi hanno fatto pagare 16,90. un colluttorio 8,35, alla consegna 8,80. ho telefonato per chiedere spiegazioni, mi hanno risposto che è normale, perché "il prezzo online è quello del sito ma poi la farmacia adegua i prezzi". non si fa così.
