A seguito di moltissime chiamate con la promessa di essere ricontattati, finalmente dopo 2 settimane di insistenza da parte nostra riusciamo a prendere appuntamento per vedere un appartamento per noi interessante. Decidiamo a seguito della visita di firmare una proposta di acquisto vincolata al mutuo che viene accettata da parte dei venditori, dopo nemmeno 6 giorni il ragazzo che ci ha seguito nella fase iniziale ci liquida con un messaggio vocale riferendoci che l appartamento per cui avevamo fatto la proposta era stato venduto per 1.000 euro in più. Capisco che il loro lavoro sia vendere all'acquirente che offre di più, ma da agenzia dovrebbero tutelare sia il venditore che l acquirente visto che pretendono il 4% diproviggione. A mio avviso poco professionali e davvero molto scorretti.
