L	Leibniz Bloom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pago 6,50€ per una lampadina, nemmeno led, che si trova in qualunque ferramenta a non più di 4€ la coppia, mi aspetto che me la vengano a montare e intanto che ci sono magari mi rassettino pure un po’ casa e invece mi è toccato far tutto da solo ?. Meno male che non mi serviva un lampadario altrimenti sarei dovuto andare col funzionario della banca per il mutuo ?. Mi scusi signora Silvia, io non so chi sia e per questo non mi metterò certo a giudicare le sue qualità morali, cosa che lei che si sente di fare nei miei confronti pensando evidentemente di conoscermi. Stamattina vado in ferramenta per una cinghia di una tapparella e mi tolgo la curiosità di guardare il prezzo della lampadina presa da Silvestri che mi sembrava un po’ cara, stessa tipologia e potenza, la marca francamente non l’ho nemmeno guardata, risultato €3,15 per la coppia. Chiusa la vicenda. La saluto e le auguro di venderne tante altre (non a me). ? Silvia poi e’ sempre sorridente quando vai in negozio per acquistare qualcosa e disponibile, se qualche pezzo non lo ha , lo procura. Continuero’ a servirmi da loro, perche’ c’e’ proprio il contatto umano, il poter anche fare 2 chiacchiere quando possibile, oltre alla professionalita’. Then Silvia is always smiling when you go to the store to buy something and available, if she doesn't have some pieces, she gets them. Recentemente ho avuto un problema su un vecchio split dell’aria condizionata che si è bloccato. Il tecnico manutentore,sempre competente, ha effettuato sopralluogo velocemente , nonostante il periodo d’intenso lavoro. La Signora Silvestri,tecnicamente insuperabile, ha studiato il caso fornendomi valide risposte e soluzioni . Mi ha fatto trovare il pezzo giusto una volta ripassato in negozio, non facendomi pagare la differenza fra le due lampade. Servizio clienti impeccabile e altamente consigliato. Commettere sbagli può capitare a tutti, ammettere l'errore e prodigarsi per risolverli non è da tutti. Durante i lavori sono sempre stato messo al corrente dell’andamento e di eventuali variazioni o necessità che si rivelano nel fare (avevo un impianto molto vecchio e difficoltoso). La titolare Silvia è gentile, accogliente, molto competente e sopratutto onesta, cerca di fare tutto il possibile per rispettare i tempi di consegna, nonostante la loro ingente mole di lavoro.
