V	Valeria Poluzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho speso 120€ di prodotti, preso una marea di roba e non mi volevano fare i bollini della tessera fedeltà perché erano prodotti in sconto, cosa senza senso perchè se incassi dei soldi i bollini mi spettano, e se avessi pagato tutto a prezzo pieno avrei avuto semplicemente più bollini no? In quel momento avrei voluto lasciare tutto in cassa e andare via, ma avevo scelto cose molto valide che quando finiranno ricomprerò altrove! Specifico che nella mia tessera fedeltà prima di raggiungere il premio finale mi mancavano ancora tantissimi bollini. Quindi io ci ho visto tirchieria e basta. E per principio non mi vedrete più. Apro e chiudo parentesi: una mia amica cliente da loro da anni per tinte, creme e infusi non sapeva neanche della tessera. Cosa fate a fare le tessere fedeltà e poi ad alcuni non le date o anche in caso di acquisti importanti non volete segnare i bollini????? Menomale in città di erboristerie ce ne sono tante altre. I spent 120 € on products, got a ton of stuff and they didn't want to give me the loyalty card stickers because they were discounted products, which is nonsense because if I collect money, the stickers are due to me, and if I had paid for everything at full price I would have simply had more stickers, right?
