Capisco che si può sbagliare e ci si può capire male (orario detto al telefono, forse per iscritto era meglio, ma , ripeto, può succedere). Il problema è che non ci hanno dato nessuna assistenza e ce la siamo dovuta cavare da soli. Al telefono più che un "non sappiamo cosa fare" non abbiamo avuto. Credo che la serietà e la professionalità non siano nel non sbagliare mai (impossibile) ma nel come si risolve agli errori che, lavorando, possono capitare. Viaggiavo sempre con loro, ma adesso ho trovato un'altra agenzia di viaggi per le mie vacanze. Sconsiglio A flight problem has been created due to a lack of understanding on the timetable. Antonella ci ha organizzato il viaggio su New York & Santo Domingo con molta professionalità ed attenzione; tutto è andato secondo le previsioni senza il minimo intoppo. Ho avuto necessità di avere delucidazioni durante la vacanza e via e-mail ho ricevuto con tempestività tutte le indicazioni che mi servivano. Davvero un ottimo servizio. We had a really good time. Antonella organized the trip to New York & Santo Domingo for us with a lot of professionalism and attention; everything went according to plan without the slightest hitch. I needed to have clarifications during the holiday and by e-mail I received all the information I needed in a timely manner. Really great service.

Alla fine ci si rivolge alle agenzie di viaggio per avere una soluzione! Prossima volta faremo da soli o sceglieremo un'altra agenzia! In questo periodo che tantissime attività hanno ripreso a lavorare in normalità non mi sembra il modo giusto per confrontarsi con la clientela. Ma è solo una mia personale opinione.
