Al momento dell'utiluzzo agenzia non ha accettato il coupon dicendo essere scaduto..alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, agenzia si è sempre negata e nn ha mai risposto alle chiamate e alle emails del mio avvocato ed essendo stato un rinnovo a voce nn avevo in mano nulla per comprovare il rinnovo SCONSIGLIO L'UTILIZZO di qs agenzia causa comportamento non professionale
Purchased a 2000 euro coupon valid for 1 year .. due to several problems, the agency renewed the coupon 2 times A VOCE.
At the time the agency used it did not accept the coupon saying it had expired .. to my request for explanations, the agency has always refused and never answered the calls and emails of my lawyer and having been a voice renewal I had no hand nothing to prove the renewal I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING this agency due to unprofessional behavior
