Raramente mi capita di trovare in un solo partner tutte le categorie sopra indicate. Provo a dettagliare meglio: La qualità dei servizi proposti è sempre adeguata alla richiesta, nel senso che è il massimo ottenibile spunto per il livello richiesto. Tutti i servizi sono sempre ad un prezzo quanto meno adeguato, sia per i prodotti per i quali l’agenzia si pone come intermediaria, sia per il servizio di Agenzia in senso stretto. Professionalità è un termine sempre un po’ generico, io intendo la capacità di mettersi dal punto di vista del cliente, cercando quindi le soluzioni più adeguate, ma interpretando però il ruolo che le compete, e cioè quello di agenzia. In molti casi il termine tempi brevi potrebbe essere riduttivo, in quanto la pro attività la porta spesso ad anticipare le richieste.
I rarely find all the above categories in a single partner. I try to detail better: The quality of the services offered is always adequate to the request, in the sense that it is the maximum achievable starting point for the required level. All services are always at an at least adequate price, both for the products for which the agency acts as an intermediary, and for the Agency service in the strict sense. Professionalism is always a somewhat generic term, I mean the ability to put oneself from the customer's point of view, thus looking for the most appropriate solutions, but still interpreting the role that belongs to it, namely that of an agency. In many cases, the short term could be an understatement, as pro-activity often leads to anticipating requests.

Bellissimi e vari i “programmi” proposti da questa organizzazione specializzata sui tour culturali, enogastronomici e perché no anche romantici, nel ricco territorio dell’Emilia Romagna; qui fra ducati (Parma, Piacenza e la Guastalla), castelli, abbazie e idilliaci panorami, vi è davvero l’imbarazzo della scelta! Ma chiamando e scrivendo una email con le vostre necessità (pernottamenti, percorsi, aperture e quant’altro) e desideri, saranno pronti a “costruire” e proporre ciò che più fa al caso vostro, tenendo anche conto delle personali esigenze economiche ?
The "programs" offered by this organization specializing in cultural, food and wine and why not even romantic tours in the rich territory of Emilia Romagna are beautiful and varied; here among duchies (Parma, Piacenza and Guastalla), castles, abbeys and idyllic views, there is truly spoiled for choice! But by calling and writing an email with your needs (overnight stays, routes, openings and so on) and wishes, they will be ready to "build" and propose what is best for you, also taking into account your personal economic needs ?

In 2016 we took one of the best tours ever when we joined Alice for an all day tour of Parma food producers. We miss travel during these times and were delighted to see that Alice and Elena have teamed up to provide LIVE cooking classes on-line! We have taken two cooking classes with them so far and will definitely sign up for more! The class is scheduled for an hour, but plan to go longer, which is fine by us! We have made so many delicious dishes that we have already made on our own since the class. We will be making the pasta for friends this coming weekend. All the food is excellent for a family meal or gathering with friends. The best part is feeling part of the camaraderie in the kitchen. Elena and Alice have a great rapport. Elena is clearly an accomplished cook. She makes everything seem easy, even as we are rushing around to keep up! How does she do it? Alice makes sure we see all the action and get our questions answered. She makes a cocktail partway through class which is a great time for us to catch up! Seeing the questions from our fellow cooks throughout the US and Canada (so far) reminds us we are all connected. Seeing their creations and gardens (hi Sacramento!) at the end is a treat. Advice if you are going to take this class: Get a digital scale and measure out all your ingredients before class! Quantities are given by weight (e.g. 500g of flour, not 3.5 Cups or whatever). Since the attendees could be from anywhere this is the most universal way for them to list ingredients. Digital scales are not expensive and they are great to have in the kitchen.

Our group enjoyed this tour! Food Valley was efficient in booking and tour guide was punctual. They did not skimp on the food tasting - it was full meals! Our final tasting was at a restaurant we were the night before - not their fault though.
