★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da consigliare a chiunque si trovi a passare da Parma (anche brevemente, data l'ubicazione a metà strada tra la stazione e il centro storico): una sosta nella Stanza del Sale, grotta dalle pareti rivestite di sale dell'Himalaya (sita nel piano interrato di un'erboristeria), dalle cui esalazioni traggono beneficio corpo e spirito. Relax e benessere assicurati in una seduta di 50 min al costo di 15 € (meglio prenotare): ci si accomoda su una sdraio e ci si ritempra, senza compiere altro gesto che non quello naturale del respiro. Indicato per affezioni broncopolmonari e sindromi da ansia e stress, a tutte le età.
Experience to recommend to anyone passing through Parma (even briefly, given the location halfway between the station and the historic center): a stop in the Salt Room, a cave with walls covered with Himalayan salt (located in the basement of a herbalist's shop), from whose exhalations body and spirit benefit. Relaxation and well-being assured in a 50-min session at a cost of € 15 (better to book): sit on a deckchair and refresh yourself, without making another gesture than the natural one of breathing. Indicated for bronchopulmonary diseases and anxiety and stress syndromes, at all ages.
