A blonde saleswoman in her 50s in her sixties who was at the checkout, enters my sister's dressing room, while she was trying on costumes, yelling at her to hurry despite the absence of people in the shop (unjustified behavior even if there were been people in line) ...

Anche io sono nel commercio e capisco cosa significa lavorarci con il pubblico.
Se non ti piace, cambia! Il cliente vuole fare acquisti e rilassarsi, non essere trattato con saccente menefreghismo.
I went yesterday with my 6 year old daughter. I had the misfortune of being served by a surly and rude saleswoman (I don't know her name).
I'm in the business too and I understand what it means to work with the public.
If you don't like it, change! The customer wants to shop and relax, not to be treated with pedantic indifference.
