★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb in 1976 van januari t/m juni les gehad aan dit instituut en het geen moment berouwd. 2 cursussen van 3 maanden waarna ik de Italiaanse taal voor 80% beheers. De prettige sfeer en culturele ambiance van Florence spraken me enorm aan en de kwaliteit van de, toenmalige, leraren was zeer goed. Met name aan dottoressa Branconi herinner ik me nog goed. Zij was toen hoogzwanger en een prima lerares.
I attended this institute from January to June in 1976 and never regretted it. 2 courses of 3 months after which I master the Italian language for 80%. The pleasant atmosphere and cultural ambiance of Florence really appealed to me and the quality of the teachers at the time was very good. I still remember very well Dottoressa Branconi. She was very pregnant at the time and an excellent teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine super Schule! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lehrer sind immer mega nett und aufgestellt und geben sich richtig Mühe den Unterricht abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Auch wie der Unterricht aufgebaut ist, fand ich super! So machte das lernen Spass. Die Schule ist auch nicht allzu gross - sehr persönlich und sympathisch. Fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Auch die Gegend um Santo Spirito herum ist fantastisch. Viele kleine Kaffees und Restaurants zum Verweilen und auch ein recht günstiger Platz im Vergleich zum Rest von Florenz. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen und habe extrem viel gelernt! Danke Eurocentres Firenze!
A great school! I can only recommend. The teachers are always super nice and set up and go out of their way to make the lessons varied. I also liked the way the lessons are structured! So learning was fun. The school is not too big either - very personal and personable. Felt very welcome. The area around Santo Spirito is also fantastic. Lots of small cafes and restaurants to stay and also a fairly cheap place compared to the rest of Florence. I would come back immediately and learned a lot! Thanks Eurocentres Firenze!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To reconnect with my roots, I enrolled for an intensive italian class with this school for the month of june and paid around 3200$CAD. My sister had gone a few years prior and had very much enjoyed her experience there.
Unfortunately, as june came around, Italy was still on full lockdown due to the pandemic. I have been trying to contact the school ever since for a refund, sending a dozen emails and trying to reach them though facebook. I filled out the appropriate form, and told them my patience was wearing thin. Today they have left my message on "read".
So no, I would not recommend you enroll here. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I wish things could have worked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I applied before the lockdown in 2020. At first, they were friendly and helpful. When the borders were closed due to COVID-19, I was unable to travel to Italy to study and requested a refund from the school. They haven't responded to my messages since, and I've never received my money back. Think twice before enrolling in this school.
