★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location and the views are amazing. However serving the wrong wine twice is not acceptable. The first being a completely different wine and grape, and the second one not even being on the menu but being an ‘alternative’ without any notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing roof bar in the heart of Florence ! We found it by accident one day and we booked a table straight away ! It is at the piazza santo spirito with a beautiful view over it !! The drinks are not expensive for a roof bar !! Give it a try it definitely worths it !! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, the view was great and the location as well. However, we ordered a certain bottle of wine and the waiter brought us a different bottle. We noticed and they brought another bottle telling us this was the right one. After tasting the wine it turned out it wasn’t the right wine as well. After telling the waiter this, he told us that it should have been fine because ‘the price was the same’.
