Ho un problema di salute da risolvere e la questione importante è che il medico sia preparato e attento consentendo una corretta diagnosi poichè questo mi permetterà di non girare incongruamente da uno studio medico all'altro senza nulla risolvere. Il dottore Amato ha tutte e due le qualità, è preparato e straordinariamente attento anche se la lista d'attesa e i tempi sono lunghi. Ma al ritiro della stessa si presentano con un CD, quando io ho specificato con lastra, ho pure lasciato la mia precedente su loro richiesta,ma al ritiro la sorpresa...... devo pagare 10 Euro a lastra .... sentite sentite.... la pellicola delle Radiografie non è in "Esenzione". Dire menzogne per accaparrarsi il cliente che sarebbe costretto a pagare per un servizio già in convenzione...... Piccola... ma pur sempre truffa. Rigorosi richiami anche a persone anziane. Non hanno nemmeno sensibilità verso le emergenze spingendo i pazienti con tanto di richiesta medica di pagare la prestazione per intero per avere la priorità rispetto agli altri che non potendo permetterselo aspettano. Z	Zebra Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado da parecchi anni, perché mi dicono che le ecografie sono fatte con scrupolosità, però vi assicuro che non è affatto piacevole attendere lì (e si attende sempre tanto rispetto all'orario prenotato),.Si respira aria da campo di concentramento, la segretaria e il dottore non risparmiano neanche i pazienti più anziani al richiamo delle loro regole, all'interno della sala d'attesa veniamo spostati e diretti come soldatini, " ognuno a suo posto e guai chi si muove". Peccato basterebbero un pò di buone maniere e qualche sorriso, forse anche un corso di accoglienza Clienti.
