Mai che si riesca a fare un esame all'orario prestabilito, siamo stati chiamati per anticipare la visita di mezz'ora e poi ci hanno fatto attendere 40 minuti. Endless waiting. Non solo ho trovato comprensione alla mia ansia fin dal primo contatto con DLABMED, ma ho avuto un appuntamento con il medico specializzato nella mia patologia il giorno seguente, e ho in giornata, svolto ecodoppler con diagnosi. Purtroppo il primo impatto lascia il segno e si ripete tutte le volte. Un pò più di gentilezza e disponibilità all'ascolto sono dovute!!!
