c	chiara zannini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho utilizzato questa struttura per fare degli accertamenti privatamente, ho fatto due file a due reception differenti prima di capire dove dovevo andare, per poi scoprire che nemmeno loro sapevano quali fossero gli esami previsti nel pacchetto che avevo prenotato, oltre alle incongruenze tra ciò che era segnalato sul sito. Disorganizzazione massima, nessuna sensazione di professionalità. I used this facility to do some investigations privately, I made two lines at two different reception before figuring out where I had to go, only to discover that not even they knew what the exams were in the package I had booked, in addition to the inconsistencies between what was reported on the site. Maximum disorganization, no feeling of professionalism.

Già alla reception ho trovato un'addetta (con gli occhiali da vista e capelli corti) molto professionale e cordiale che mi ha immediatamente accolta e indirizzata per svolgere anche le pratiche burocratiche. Persoba molto preparata, sveglia e gentile. Una volta in radiologia sono stata accolta da personale tecnico che mi ha subito supportata e con molta cortesia e professionalità mi ha fatto accomodare x eseguire l'esame che è durato 20 minuti. Luogo pulito. Veloci e professionali. Consigliato Yesterday I went to this facility to perform a conventional knee MRI. Already at the reception I found a very professional and friendly assistant (with eyeglasses and short hair) who immediately welcomed me and directed me to carry out the paperwork. Persoba very prepared, alert and kind. Once in radiology I was welcomed by technical staff who immediately supported me and with great courtesy and professionalism made me sit down to perform the exam which lasted 20 minutes. Clean place. Fast and professional. Recommended

Mi sono sentito da subito a mio agio, sia prima che durante la risonanza. Inoltre, il referto è arrivato prima del previsto Kind and trained technical staff, I have been carefully explained the examination methods and the best machinery for my problem. I immediately felt at ease, both before and during the resonance. Also, the report arrived earlier than expected

Saccenti, maleducati, risolini per una persona che doveva effettuare una risonanza magnetica urgente..affetta da crisi di panico e sedata. Invece di essete rassicuranti, hanno criticato tutto quello che avevo fatto e..quello che avevo fatto mi era stato indicato dal "LORO" call center. Sono fuggita senza effettuate l'esame.Mai più in quel posto..mai più Bad lab technicians. Saccenti, rude, giggles for a person who had to carry out an urgent MRI .. suffering from panic and sedated. Instead of being reassuring, they criticized everything I had done and… what I had done was directed to me by "THEIR" call center. I fled without taking the exam. Never again in that place .. never again
c	cristine varignana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono prevenuta verso le risonanze magnetiche in quanto soffro di claustrofobia, ma presso il vostro centro ho trovato tanta professionalità, cortesia e senso umano che sono riuscita a farne 2, una dietro l'altra senza difficoltà. Grazie e complimenti! I am biased towards magnetic resonances as I suffer from claustrophobia, but at your center I found so much professionalism, courtesy and human sense that I managed to do 2, one after the other without difficulty.
