Un malinteso sull'orario di appuntamento (dalle 9.20 alle 9.30) ha rovinato la mia giornata...dopo più di un'ora di attesa e l'ennesimo paziente passato davanti me ne sono andato senza aver effettuato la visita, peraltro già pagata. Loro non hanno battuto ciglio, si sono intascati i soldi e arrivederci. Prima di farmi passare davanti l'ennesimo paziente mi avevano "erroneamente" chiamato ed ero entrato nello studio, ho fatto in tempo solo a notare il disordine della sala e la disorganizzazione del medico, di lì a poco mi avrebbero rispedito in sala di attesa. Mai più da loro! Disastrous! Mi è stato fissato un appuntamento diverse settimane dopo la mia chiamata, il fatidico giorno ho dovuto aspettare parecchio e mi ha colpito negativamente la velocità e superficialità della prima visita (mi sto per laureare in medicina, per cui ho un'idea di quanto dovrebbe durare una visita e come dovrebbe svolgersi). Nel referto della visita c'era scritto di prenotare un controllo TRA un anno, senza specificare alcuna scadenza (per una prestazione che del resto avevo già pagato). Ho richiamato un anno e 10 giorni dopo per il controllo, AVENDOLO GIA' PAGATO a suo tempo nel coupon, e mi è stato detto che non era possibile prenotarlo, in quanto erano passatoi più di 365 giorno dalla visita. Si tratta di un comportamento assolutamente non professionale e non corretto verso il paziente, in quanto la prestazione io la ho comunque pagata, evidentemente per il centro in questione è più importante risparmiare i 15 minuti di un controllo che svolgere l'iter diagnostico che il paziente ha pagato e merita (dopo la prima mappatura è opportuno fare un controllo). L'assistente alla poltrona mi ha accolta con gentilezza ed energia e mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente come si sarebbe svolta la visita. La dottoressa mi ha chiamata qualche minuto in anticipo rispetto all'orario stabilito. Ottima esperienza. Staff available, helpful and prepared. The secretaries helped me fill in the pre-visit questionnaire. The assistant in the armchair greeted me with kindness and energy and explained in detail how the visit would take place. The doctor called me a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent experience.

Aggiungo un dettaglio "estetico", se mi è permesso: la ragazza che era alla reception mercoledì sera, 31 luglio, è molto carina. I accompanied my dad to a visit with Dr. Grimaldi. Mi hanno spostato l'appuntamento per esigenze LORO fino a farlo andare oltre la scadenza del mio voucher previmedical senza nemmeno avere la decenza di avvisarmi e proponendomi solo al mio arrivo la visita e pulizia a pagamento. Hanno anche sbagliato a segnare l'orario dell'appuntamento anticipandolo di un'ora. In sostanza sono rimasta senza la visita e pulizia dentale, oltre ad aver consumato 2 ore di permesso lavorativo per niente. Davvero complimenti!!! Terrible. Secretarial staff are unable to organize work and deal with clients. They moved the appointment for THEIR needs until it went beyond the expiration of my previmedical voucher without even having the decency to notify me and only offering me a paid visit and cleaning upon my arrival. They also made a mistake in marking the time of the appointment in advance of an hour. Basically I was left without the visit and dental cleaning, as well as having consumed 2 hours of work permit for nothing. Really congratulations !!!
