★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto il solo servizio di reception: mi ha convinta a non prenotare. Chiamo per prenotare un esame ecografico e la signora che mi riceve al telefono è stizzita, acida e con tono di sufficienza nella voce. Le chiedo gentilmente alcune informazioni in più sull'esame ma il risultato è frustrante. Bisognerebbe avere molta più attenzione nel selezionare le persone che si interfacciano con i clienti, che in questo caso non chiamano per farsi una passeggiata di salute ma esami medici.
I value only the reception service: it convinced me not to book. I call to reserve an ultrasound exam and the lady who receives me on the phone is angry, acid and with a tone of sufficiency in her voice. I kindly ask you for some more information on the exam but the result is frustrating. Much more attention should be paid to selecting people who interface with customers, who in this case do not call for a health walk but medical examinations.

Atteggiamento frettoloso con errata valutazione del problema, poiché rivoltomi dopo due giorni, non soddisfatto della visita a un oculista privato, dopo aver fatto gli stessi esami mi sono visto prescrivere occhiali per ipermetropia che ho acquistato risolvendo il problema di vista
A quel punto mi sono recato nuovamente presso lo studio per mostrare il referto, far vedere gli occhiali e chiedere loro spiegazioni e rimborso di quanto speso per la loro errata valutazione. Complimenti alla poca professionalità della dottoressa Belli che con fare arrogante ha detto che gli occhiali non andavano prescritti e secondo lei la valutazione che aveva fatto era corretta.
Complimenti alla dirigenza perché nemmeno ha fatto un confronto con me,, il paziente ma ha parlato. solo con la dottoressa.
Il mio augurio a queste persone è di ricevere nel momento del bisogno il medesimo trattamento che hanno dato. Bravissimi.

Hasty attitude with incorrect evaluation of the problem, since I turned around after two days, not satisfied with the visit to a private ophthalmologist, after having done the same tests I was prescribed glasses for hyperopia that I bought by solving the vision problem
At that point I went back to the office to show the report, show the glasses and ask them for explanations and a refund of the amount spent for their incorrect evaluation. Congratulations to the lack of professionalism of Dr. Belli who arrogantly said that the glasses were not prescribed and according to her the assessment she had made was correct.
Congratulations to the management because he did not even compare with me, the patient but he spoke. only with the doctor.
My wish to these people is to receive in time of need the same treatment they have given. Very good.

La visita oculistica è stata fatta con molta attenzione, e mi ha permesso di capire i meccanismi del nostro occhio, ancor più comprendere il limiti e i difetti del nostro campo visivo.
La struttura del Circuito Della Salute Piu' è una delle più importanti della nostra provincia, nelle grandi strutture non sempre si riscontra efficienza, mi corre l'obbligo in questa sede di segnalare la professionalità e gentilezza del personale.
Mi sia consentito, senza nulla togliere alla validità della struttura, due consigli:
- la segnaletica del centro di via Irnerio, dovrebbe essere migliorata per rendere l'accesso più fruibile alle persone anziane.
- l'invio dei referti potrebbe essere maggiormente automatizzato, sfruttando la connessione di internet oggi a disposizione di tutti.

Ho inviato mail di reclamo,ma nessuna risposta.
Evidentemente anche chi dirige la struttura ha la percezione della cura per il paziente come quella di chi ha risposto a me.
Ho gia'inviato mail direttamente alla direzione,dopo avervi contattato telefonicamente di nuovo,ma non ho avuto nessun riscontro.Il mio tempo e'gia'stato anche troppo sprecato in chi dovrebbe occuparsi di salute e benessere.
