★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora,la struttura xe'vecia poco da dire, sembra dell'anteguerra. I getti d acqua con le indicazioni preistoriche ci sono tutti. La piscina e' medio piccola: non c e'troppa gente per fortuna ma l acqua e' freddina per cui dopo un po' viene da andare via. Meglio le lagune termali che son piu" calde ma durano poco e ogni due minuti bisogna struccare el botton: che palle.
La receptionist all ingresso e' accettabile quanto ad educazione.
Decisamente meglio al centro medico dove i medici sono competenti con mia grande meraviglia. Manco mal
Cmq grazie mille per avermi regalato il bonus thermae, ci mancherebbe.

 So, the structure is not old to say, it seems pre-war. The jets of water with prehistoric indications are all there. The swimming pool is medium-small: luckily there are not too many people but the water is cold so after a while you have to go away. Better the thermal lagoons that are hotter but do not last long and every two minutes you have to remove make-up from the botton: what a drag.
Receptionist at the entrance is acceptable in terms of education.
Much better at the medical center where doctors are competent to my great amazement. I miss it badly
Anyway thank you very much for giving me the thermae bonus, God forbid.
Maybe a rinnivino in the center noo? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con pacchetto regalo Smartbox ingresso per 2 per una giornata ... Settimane per prenotare perché non rispondono mai al telefono, arrivati in struttura accolti con pessima assistenza, tre ore per entrare perché non riuscivano a scansionare il mio Green pass "a causa della loro pistola difettosa" ,e la signora prima che iniziassi ad innervosirmi faceva intendere che sarei dovuta tornare a casa dall'altra parte della città a prendere il cartaceo. Io ed il mio compagno non avevo il lucchetto per l'armadietto e li abbiamo pagati ben 8 € , shampoo per capelli 12 € . Una vergogna. Sconsigliatissimo.
Bad experience with Smartbox gift package entrance for 2 for a day ... Weeks to book because they never answer the phone, arrived at the facility greeted with bad assistance, three hours to enter because they could not scan my Green pass "due to the their faulty gun, "and the lady before I started to get nervous suggested that I would have to go home across town to get the paper. My partner and I did not have a lock for the locker and we paid them € 8, hair shampoo € 12. A shame. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita dermatologica insoddisfacente: il trattamento consigliatomi dalla dottoressa si è rivelato totalmente inefficace perché eccessivamente blando (come confermatomi da un altro dermatologo a cui ho fatto visita dopo due mesi). Sono rimasto sorpreso anche dalla grande disorganizzazione della struttura: l'attesa tra il pagamento del ticket e la visita è durata almeno 45 minuti (basterebbe permettere la prenotazione di meno pazienti alla volta anziché accumularne così tanti negli stessi orari), c'era troppa gente compattata nei corridoi e nelle sale d'attesa (i posti a sedere sono risultati insufficienti e diverse persone hanno atteso in piedi), la stampante della dottoressa era rotta e sono rimasto in attesa di almeno 10 minuti solo per ricevere il referto.
Unsatisfactory dermatological examination: the treatment recommended to me by the doctor proved to be totally ineffective because it was excessively bland (as confirmed by another dermatologist whom I visited after two months). I was also surprised by the great disorganization of the structure: the wait between the payment of the ticket and the visit lasted at least 45 minutes (it would be enough to allow the booking of fewer patients at a time rather than accumulating so many at the same times), there were too many people compacted in the corridors and waiting rooms (seats were insufficient and several people waited standing), the doctor's printer was broken and I waited at least 10 minutes just to receive the report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo aderito all'iniziativa del bonus terme ed ero molto contenta di averlo ottenuto. Ho risposto subito alla mail ricevuta per prenotare le prestazioni, poi però più nulla. Ho scritto senza ricevere risposta e chiamato tante volte, lasciando il numero per essere richiamata, visto che impossibile prendere la linea, ma niente. Fra qualche giorno il bonus scade e io non so come fare. Per il bonus quindi servizio pessimo.
Lascio un aggiornamento, in quanto sono riuscita ad attivare in extremis il bonus recandomi di persona l'ultimo giorno utile. Aggiungo una stella alla precedente valutazione, perchè l'operatore alla reception è stata gentile e mi ha trovato una qualche soluzione, però se avessi seguito le loro indicazioni e atteso una loro chiamata non avrei ottenuto nulla.
I had joined the spa bonus initiative and was very happy to have obtained it. I immediately replied to the email received to book the services, but then nothing more. I wrote without receiving an answer and called many times, leaving the number to be called back, since it was impossible to take the line, but nothing. In a few days the bonus expires and I don't know how. For the bonus then bad service.
I leave an update, as I was able to activate the bonus at the last minute by going in person on the last day. I add a star to the previous evaluation, because the operator at the reception was kind and found some solution for me, but if I had followed their instructions and waited for their call I would have obtained nothing.

Prezzi elevati da privato, appena scoprono che ho L assicurazione infortuni, subito pronti ad effettuare un operazione di micro chirurgia su un ragazzo di 24 anni, ad un dito che aveva una lesione tendinea. Con conseguente difficoltà ad iper estendere il dito nell ultima falange. Diagnosi? Vai operato per forza prenotiamo.. e io risposi.. con calma voglio vedere un altro dottore. Il secondo dottore ha definito non vi dico come la loro diagnosi. Hanno anche omesso di dirmi che avrei perso al 90% l unghia del dito. Per fortuna si é concluso tutto al meglio . Non mi sono operato e il dito é tornato normale con un semplice tutore per un mese e una pacca sulla spalla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato di contattarvi telefonicamente diverse volte per prenotare una visita medica ma gli operatori erano sempre occupati, ho lasciato il mio numero diverse volte ma non sono mai stata richiamata. Peccato, perchè ero già venuta altre volte qui, mi ero trovata bene, è anche vicino a casa mia. Per non parlare di Mare Termale Bolognese, gestito pessimamente dal gruppo Monti, che non solo non risponde mai al telefono, non solo non risponde alle email, ma se provi a contattarli su Facebook ti cancellano il post. Peccato che qua i commenti non potete cancellarli, e infatti vedo che qua rispondete, eccome!! Non aver nessun rispetto per il cliente e prenderlo pure in giro è un'ottima occasione per perderlo. Non verrò mai più.
