Il servizio è stato puntuale e senza intoppi, da rifare al più presto! Perfect decontracting massage! The masseur arrived with the bed and after an hour of treatment I was reborn. Dopo vari solleciti ed email mi hanno comunicato che non erano presenti osteopati in loco. Continuano a non rispondere e a non darmi delle risposte, pessima comunicazione e disponibilità Bad experience. I purchased a voucher for 3 osteopathy treatments in Reggio Emilia in June 2020. After several reminders and emails, they informed me that there were no osteopaths on site. They keep not answering and not giving me answers, bad communication and availability

Oltre alla componente teorica, di per se molto istruttiva, le sessioni hanno un taglio pratico efficace e dai benefici duraturi. Prezzi molto buoni. Ho richiesto una pizza fuori menù e sono stati molto gentili a esaudire la mia richiesta. Locale molto grande e adatto a ricorrenze. Ho pagato il servizio in anticipo , ma al momento dell’erogazione dello stesso il professionista che collabora con l’azienda non ha erogato il servizio, senza motivo oggettivo.Non consiglio Risposta al commento di shape me: ShapeMe se io intendo acquistare un determinato servizio e lo acquisto pagando è perché intendo usufruire di quel Determinato sevizio,altrimenti mi sarei rivolta presso un’altra azienda oppure non avrei speso i soldi. Inoltre il pagamento è stato effettuato tramite il premio welfare aziendale ed a causa vostra mi sono dovuta sentire dire che il costo non era rimborsabile in quanto non era possibile (in mie mani email che attesta). Infine molto pessimo il vs servizio di assistenza clienti , anche perché se non per me che vi ho sollecitato con numerose email ,voi avete abbandonato la mia richiesta, lasciandola lì per giorni.Avete perso una cliente e purtroppo tanti altri per una cosa che poteva risolversi più semplicemente ,dicendo fin da subito che non intendevate offrirmi quel determinato servizio, senza far passare troppo tempo , dato che la cosa va avanti da mesi.
