Se chiedi informazioni sono molto superficiali e vanno via a chiacchierare con i colleghi mentre sei lì che ancora stai parlando. Cercano di liquidarti molto velocemente e non rispondono neanche ad un semplice saluto. Complimenti per il servizio e l'educazione
Bad experience, insufficient assistance. If you call or write to their collaborators, they often don't even answer. At the entrance reception they don't even consider you. If you ask for information they are very superficial and go away to chat with colleagues while you are there while you are still talking. They try to liquidate you very quickly and don't even respond to a simple greeting. Kudos for the service and education
