Do solo 2 stelle perché alla ultima telefonata a prendere un appuntamento li ho avvertito che sono in sedia a rotelle e mi hanno dato appuntamento a Casalecchio il più lontano quando potevano tranquilli prendermi in via Marconi. It always takes hours on the phone to make an appointment. But maybe I'm also the union that has moved the most about my bureaucratic matters. I only give 2 stars because on the last phone call to make an appointment I warned them that I am in a wheelchair and they gave me an appointment in Casalecchio as far away as possible when they could safely pick me up in via Marconi.
m	meni x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ma è possibile che sbagliate con la dichiarazione di reddito che mi vengono dopo 2-3 anni multe da pagare? e poi non cè nessuno per spiegare perchè uno dipendente con solo un cud senza prendere quelli 80e al mese deve pagare ancora 1300e con un stipendio meno di 1400e?? but is it possible that you are wrong with the declaration of income that I get after 2-3 years fines to pay? and then there is no one to explain why an employee with only a cud without taking those 80e per month still has to pay 1300e with a salary less than 1400e ??

All'appuntamento la signora arriva con 20 minuti di ritardo, e dopo avermi semi ascoltata, zittendomi più volte con aria più scocciata che interessata, mi dice che devo pagare 110€ per fare il tesserino obbligatoriamente! Non accettano neanche carte o bancomat, però sono stati bravissimi a darmi indicazioni per trovare uno sportello automatico di prelievo.... Scommetto che ci saranno altre persone più professionali, ma nella mia esperienza ho riscontrato incuranza e poco rispetto Petty and rude! La stessa modalità di strutturazione ed erogazione dei servizi (basata sulla progressiva riduzione della relazione, e agiti sull' anonimato degli operatori e spersonalizzazione degli utenti) sono indicative di un modus operandi svuotato completamente di tutti quei principi che dovrebbero stare alla base di un sindacato . Delusa anni fa non posso che riconfermare, nonostante mi sarebbe piaciuto molto ricredermi. They really go out of their way to disappoint and alienate people ... they couldn't be more distant than they are from real problems and the protection of rights. The same method of structuring and supplying services (based on the progressive reduction of the relationship, and acting on the anonymity of the operators and depersonalization of the users) are indicative of a modus operandi completely emptied of all those principles that should be the basis of a union. Disappointed years ago, I can only reconfirm, although I would have liked to change my mind very much.
