★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ionoforetica in riferimento al centro in via lemonia 47,assistenti all'accettazione,svogliate,capisco che non sia il massimo a star sedute per ore con la mascherina indossata ,sottopagate,ciò non toglie che debbano far bene il loro lavoro,poverine da non invidiare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI. Scortesia all'accoglienza e del medico curante. Ho fatto una visita dermatologica e il medico sembrava irritato dalle mie domande, ovviamente ci si rivolge a specialisti per capire un problema?! Se fossi già esperta sicuramente non verrei! Dopo 25 min di visita, mi ha cacciato dicendo che c'erano altri clienti e non poteva stare solo "dietro a me".
Per non parlare dell'accoglienza..
Soldi davvero sprecati! Sconsigliatissimo
BAD. Unfriendly reception and the attending physician. I had a dermatological visit and the doctor seemed irritated by my questions, of course you go to specialists to understand a problem ?! If I were already an expert I certainly wouldn't come! After a 25 min visit, he kicked me out saying there were other customers and he couldn't just be "behind me".
Not to mention the welcome ..
Really wasted money! Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho più volte usufruito della professionalità dello staff medico e mi sono trovata bene.... Fino a quando mi sono rivolta ad un loro oculista. Visita oculistica sommaria e superficiale. Ho dovuto attendere la compilazione del referto per più di dieci minuti perché 'impegnato' in una telefonata privata. Alla fine mi ha invitata ad andare nel suo studio privato in via Amendola quindi a pagamento, per approfondimenti. Quindi la visita non è servita a niente. Suggerirei di scegliere con più cura il proprio staff. Non ho bisogno di essere indirizzata in studi privati, lo farei da sola se lo volessi. Brutta esperienza. Non consiglio il reparto oculistico se c'è ancora e credo di sì....questo poco professionale medico. Cercava qualcuno da spolpare. Vergogna.

In the end he invited me to go to his private studio in via Amendola, therefore for a fee, for further information. So the visit was useless. I would suggest choosing your staff more carefully. I don't need to be addressed in private practices, I would do it myself if I wanted to. Bad experience. I don't recommend the eye department if it's still there and I think so .... this unprofessional doctor. He was looking for someone to flesh out. Shame.

Prenoto Un visita dermatologica per oggi alle 9.30 per un signore che viene dalla Sicilia. Alle 8 del mattina mi chiamano per disdire. Alla mia richiesta di trovate un altro medico, il signore torna a casa domani. L impiegata non faccio nome. Mi risponde sgarbata che non sta a chiamare a lei cercare un altro medico come se la colpa fosse nostra. Bella roba complimenti a questo centro dove noi ci curiamo. Da evitare e la seconda volta che riscontriamo lo stesso problema è la stessa mal educazione

I book A dermatological visit for today at 9.30 for a gentleman who comes from Sicily. At 8 in the morning they call me to cancel. At my request to find another doctor, the gentleman comes home tomorrow. I don't name the employee. She replies rudely that she is not going to call her to look for another doctor as if it were our fault. Nice stuff compliments to this center where we take care of ourselves. To be avoided and the second time we encounter the same problem it is the same bad manners

Prenoto visita dermatologica con app Intesa Sanpaolo Xmesalute, mi confermano la visita questa mattina alle ore 8,30. Arrivo in struttura e nonostante avessi avuto la prenotazione in mano, non risultava nessuna visita a mio nome e in più il dermatologo oggi era assente. la ragazza al CUP mi parlava quasi come se fossi io il problema. Nessuna scusa, nessun modo per rimediare. Nel rapporto col pubblico dovrebbe lavorare gente competente, educata e sicuramente non arrogante come la signorina in questione. Allego anche la prenotazione.

I arrived at the facility and despite having had the reservation in hand, there was no visit in my name and in addition the dermatologist was absent today. the girl at the CUP spoke to me almost as if I were the problem. No excuses, no way to fix it. In the relationship with the public, competent, educated and certainly not arrogant people like the lady in question should work. I am also attaching the reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita dermatologica fatta ad ottobre per controllo nevi. Per il dottore tutto andava bene e visita sbrigativa malgrado le mie decine e decine di nevi. Non soddisfatto, poche settimane dopo ripeto la visita in un altro studio. Diagnosi: melanoma.
Se mi fossi fidato del dermatologo di questo centro, ora probabilmente non sarei in grado di scrivere questa recensione.
Dermatological visit made in October for snow control. For the doctor everything was fine and the visit was hasty despite my dozens and dozens of snows. Not satisfied, a few weeks later I repeat the visit to another studio. Diagnosis: melanoma.
If I had trusted the dermatologist at this center, I probably wouldn't be able to write this review now.

In una struttura sanitaria non è facile trovare all'accoglienza persone che ti sorridono con gli occhi, visto le mascherine!!
La ragazza piccola, Silvia B, riesce con la sua professionalità e dolcezza a essere sempre pronta a risolvere le problematiche di tutti coloro che lavorando hanno poco tempo da dedicare alla propria salute, infatti trova sempre l'orario adatto alle tue necessità e si preoccupa veramente dei pazienti.
Approfitto nel elogiare e ringraziare i fisioterapisti, in particolare Luna, che con la sua professionalità e determinazione, riesce sempre a farti stare meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team and very well organised infrastructure. Bit crowded on Monday morning while the rest of the week is smooth and easy check in. My mom and I went there few times being the booking of the exams pretty fast and surprisingly competitive price wise with very interesting discounts applied. Will definitely return there next time.
The doctor who screened my hearth was excellent. Same for the RM technicians and the dermatologist. Blood test results took a little bit to come through but still ok. I was just bit disappointed by the doctor who made the eco graphics. He was silent all the time regardless of the questions I had. I would have certainly appreciate someone who speaks more to the patient while undergo the checks. Will look forward next time for better luck. Cheers
