Il personale, dalla segreteria, all'amministrazione, dagli assistenti alla poltrona ai medici, è professionale, competente e, personalmente, è sempre un piacere passare per i controlli e rivedere tutti. Consiglio a tutti di passare almeno per un piccolo controllo, non ve ne pentirete e, anzi, ve ne innamorerete! Excellent and always positive experience. I have been facing a path for more than a year now, I have not finished yet and I am already extremely satisfied. The staff, from the secretariat to the administration, from the chair assistants to the doctors, are professional, competent and, personally, it is always a pleasure to go through the checks and see everyone again. Quando gli capita come me di aver subito danni dai falsi professionisti che purtroppo Italia è piena di falsi professionisti e anche di gente distrutti da questi dottori. Grazie mille dottore e grazie a tutto personale che lavora intorno a Lei con tanta seriosita e gentilezza. Nonostante la sfortuna che mi ha accaduto ho avuto una grande fortuna trovare dottor Merli. V	V T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata negativa,solo tante moine decadute nel nulla,la tanto millantata tutela del paziente è stata azzerata da atteggiamenti contraddittori e procedure che ho trovato dubbie e di certo non all'altezza delle astruse cifre richieste.Silenzio totale alla richiesta di alcune dovute spiegazioni dopo diversi disagi ricevuti,conferma della mancanza di interesse e rispetto.Al contempo però,per ciò che li interessa (evidentemente firme,soldi e pubblicità) è stata spesso puntuale una certa fretta e invadenza.Avevo riposto molta fiducia ma è stata una grande delusione. M	Marco C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato indirizzato in questo studio dalla mia fidanzata e la devo ringraziare moltissimo, vorrei dire che ho un po' di paura per quanto riguarda i dottori ma subito dall'ingresso ho trovato un ambiente professionale e molto gradevole che subito mi ha trasmesso sicurezza, i dottori che mi hanno visitato sono stati estremamente gentili e professionali, non solo sono riusciti a tranquillizzarmi ma mi hanno spiegato in ogni dettaglio tutti gli interventi che avrebbero dovuto svolgere e non utilizzando termini estremamente professionali ma usando un linguaggio semplice. My wife had toothache and we made an appointment at the Oral Health Center. 3 teeth were treated at 0 cost, with great professionalism, kindness and sweetness. We want to thank Dir.san. Ho avuto sempre un pessimo rapporto con l’igiene orale dal dentista poiché ho sempre avuto molto dolore e sensibilità ma grazie alla loro tecnica nuova, basata principalmente su una polvere (mi pare la dottoressa mi abbia detto si chiami GBT), ho trovato la seduta molto meno fastidiosa del normale. Inoltre la dottoressa mi ha spiegato tramite un colorante quali erano i punti dove migliorare con la pulizia a casa. Da sottolineare poi la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, oltre alla preparazione del personale medico e non, che ha reso più piacevole la visita dal dentista..cosa che non ho mai amato! To underline the kindness of all the staff, in addition to the preparation of the medical and non-medical staff, which made the visit to the dentist more pleasant .. something I have never loved! Me ne avevano parlato molto bene e devo dire che non posso fare altro che confermare il giudizio. Appena entrato ho notato un ambiente elegante ed accogliente e soprattutto un personale giovane e fresco in grado di mettermi subito a mio agio con estrema gentilezza ed educazione. I dottori poi sono molto competenti e precisi e anche loro estremamente gentili e professionali. Mi sono recato per risolver un problema legato ad un dente che a seguito di un trama ho dovuto devitalizzare 15 anni fa e quindi col passare del tempo si era annerito. Il dottore mi ha consigliato il modo migliore per ottenere il risultato più soddisfacente possibile e sicuramente ciò è stato ottenuto! Ho molto apprezzato che il dottore sia stato estremamente scrupoloso dedicandomi anche piú visite per poter ottenere il miglior risultato e per questo mi ritengo molto content e soddisfatto.
