β β β β β Pretty interesting and creepy place, located on via Veneto, piazza Barberini. Inside you can see 5 chapels fully decorated with the bones of Capuchin friars. Admission β¬8.50 for adults and β¬6.00 for kids. No need to book in advance. No photos allowed inside.

β β β β β The museum and crypts are well worth the β¬8.50 entry fee. Guide books can be purchased from the gift store in lieu of taking photos for β¬7. The crypt was beautifully creepy.

β β β β β Very interesting. Do a some research before going as you will see this is no place for children. One thing I want to point out is that a dress code is required, same as enforced at St. Peter's. You can purchase a cover in case you need to. I don't give 5 stars because it is 8.50 Euro! Should be like 6 euro because it is very small and does not take much time to go through.

β β β β β Never knew about this! Interesting if rather creepy use of human skulls and bones for artistic design by the capuchin monks.
Absolutely no photos (they will escort you out) and if you have bare shoulders or knees you need to cover up or buy a cover from them for 1 euro.
If you have time after the main attractions, this is worth a look.

β β β β β A very informative and interesting museum, even for a non-catholic person. The presentation was clear, engaging and easy to follow. The crypt was jarring, yet somehow completely captivating. You know that as uncomfortable as it might make you, there is something wholly unique and special about the space and experience. Well worth the time and money.
One negative, no pictures allowed. So, I was gauged for my one postcard. Eh, oh well!

β β β β β Really nice museum. Lots of good information to read as you move along the exhibit. Several interactive elements. The highlight is the crypt of art created with the bones of various members of the order. It is both a little creepy and strangely beautiful. I have never seen anything like it. The only downside is that the museum doesn't allow photos. Then they gouge you on the price of postcards. That aside, cool place to visit.

β β β β β For non-European tourists ,Attention!!!!!! this place request to show EUROPEAN AUTHORIZED Green Pass ~ if you got vaccination out of Europe , such as USA , Israel, Dubai etc , and even you got Pifzer , you will not be allowed to enter by the Secrity guard.( I have shown my English -written green-pass to other museums , which I got in non-European country and writes that I got Pifzer , all those museums let me in after I show them my ID and valid document , but this one is exceptional. )The Secrity guard told me that I need to show European-authorized green pass which is not possible for non-European tourists, and I asked him what can non-European tourists do in order to visit , he insisted either I need to show Covid-text 48 hours ahead or find a lawyer to notary my vaccination certificate (non-European green pass ) .
