★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on October 3rd to find out that reservation is needed. We were able to book it through the app on a spot and went in pretty fast. There was line of "no booking" people which was bit longer, but still moving on. Its pretty impressive collection. We had to wait 10 min to enter the Caravaggio room, since its most popular one. Very-very precious villa and art collection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found more Italian renaissance painters and better in other places. Apart from some Bernini, Raphael, Tintoretto and 1 or 2 Caravaggios, the collection is lacking importance and awe. The best piece is Pietro da Cortona’s ceiling, which can be considered truly a masterpiece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gallery, a short walking distance from the Presidential palace and apparently Trevi fountain. I thought I would have trouble getting through the door cause I only have a picture of my vaccination card from the US and not the physical copy since I don't want to lose that one and the California digital app doesn't scan anywhere so my digital pic is my go to. Nice place, a ton of mostly 1600 century paintings. I really enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Barberini palace host works by Caravaggio, Bernini, and Borromini, and many other artists. This gallery is beautiful for many reasons none more so than the frescoes on the walls and ceilings rivaling that of the sistine chapel and other famous frescoes done by prominent artists. It should be noted that all artwork in this gallery are from the Baroch period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building! We went to see the exhibition of Caravaggio e Artemisia. Small exhibition but worth seeing. Especially if you are an EU citizen aged 18-25, then you get a reduced price. Afterwards we saw the building and small gardens, very pretty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large collection of mostly Renaissance art including Caravaggio and Bernini. Beautiful staircase. Not too large or too small - you can enjoy the collection in about one hour. The ceilings are very beautiful, however, my son loved when it was only white. Outside you can go to see the garden and the cats that live there.
