β β β β β The food came out cold, after bringing to the attention of the waiter, they replaced the meal with another one which was cold. βI recommend you replace your microwave as it is brokenβ. This place looks like a restaurant but is nothing more than a bunch of microwave technicians producing food. I had better meals on the back street restaurant over my five day stay. I seriously recommend you avoid this place and donβt be drawn in by a the charming staff who tell you itβs freshly made. When the menu says sesonal vegetables I didnβt expect chips/fries!
Our dining experience was totally ruined!

β β β β β The stuff in this place is extremely rude. We went for breakfast as it was close to our hotel. We had feeling that the waiter had hard night before. He couldn't listen the order to the end and tossed the plates in front of us. I would recommend to cross the street. There are much nicer places.

We found this place - it looks nice. We orded drinks and after pizza and pasta. My 1. expression - waiter was not really polite. We were talking with him, and he was asking other clients at the same time. After order he asked one more time what we ordert.
We were waiting 20 min, and all people, who come after us get dishes, but we not. 10 min more we asked him about our order and he just forgot and said, sorry I need 10 min more... 10 min more after 30 min waiting.

β β β β β I had the best time at the Bottega Italia! The food was delicious. I had Linguine with lobster
with a glass of Rose wine and for desert
canoli with Nutella, pie with raspberry marmalade and pie with kiwi. My sister had
Salmon on a grill with a glass of White wine. Everything was absolutely perfect! Luka and Alesio, thank you for your hospitality and for the warm welcome!
Very recommended!

β β β β β I havenβt even eat my food but I can tell you I feel leaving... Service needs some good refresh of manners and customer service.
And now the food is in and yes I should have left... and the waiter is talking over me... if the service stays as it is this is a NO NO place to eat

β β β β β Food was delicious! prices are fair, they have a clean bathroom but one of the air dryer was not working and the soap was out. But the pizza was incredible. And the pasta was so good. We also had a fantastic server. He was funny and very helpful. He also had very good English which helps alot when ordering food or deciding what to eat. Had a great time at this location must get dessert next door!!!
