Sono tornata li più di una volta, in quanto la stessa mi aveva fornito informazioni errate sulla consegna di vari documenti, dunque alcuni risultati mancanti perché non richiesti, ovvio per cui sono dovuta tornare ancora. Tutto ciò non è servito a nulla perché ovviamente è spuntato un ulteriore problema sui documenti. Quindi esausta mi sono rivolta presso l' Ufficio Immigrazione di primavalle che mi ha risolto in meno di 2 minuti il problema (che di fatto non sussisteva), con estrema cordialità e disponibilità che nell'altro non ho trovato. The incompetence of the lady of the Immigration Office is shocking to say the least. I returned there more than once, as it had provided me with incorrect information on the delivery of various documents, so some missing results because they were not requested, so I obviously had to come back again. All this did not help because obviously another problem arose on the documents. Then exhausted I turned to the Immigration Office of primavalle which solved the problem (which in fact did not exist) in less than 2 minutes, with extreme cordiality and availability that I could not find in the other.

Domani ho bisogno di guidare ma al commissariato Aurelio non c'era nessuno in grado di accogliere una denuncia di furto patente. Ho chiesto se fosse per via della partita ma mi è stato detto di no. Beh, non sono d'accordo. Come cittadino che domani alle 7 deve lavorare, devo poter fare una denuncia. Credo che questo sia uno smacco. un'Italia dove ti rubano portafoglio perché oltre ogni contro regola covid in metro e contro ogni tutela da parte della polizia. Di solito non si aspetta tanto in fila i percorsi sono divisi tra ufficio immigrazione e delle altre pratiche. Il personale cortese e disponibile e molto competente. Si rispettano le misure di sicurezza per il COVID-19. The Aurelio police station is located on Via Aurelia in Rome. Usually you don't expect much in line as the paths are divided between immigration office and other paperwork. The staff were courteous and helpful and very competent. The security measures for COVID-19 are respected.
P	PC A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior commissariato di polizia incontrata in vita mia. Si sente molto forte l'odore dell'abuso di potere e il me ne freghismo davanti alla legge stessa. Mi è parso che la legge valga solo per la gente comune ma non tanto per quelli a parer loro intoccabili. In particolare il poliziotto dietro lo sportello è stato estremamente maleducato con assenza completa di empatia. Vergognoso! Worst police station I've met in my life. There is a very strong smell of the abuse of power and I don't care in front of the law itself. It seemed to me that the law applies only to ordinary people but not so much to those who, in their opinion, are untouchable. In particular the policeman behind the counter was extremely rude with a complete lack of empathy. Shameful!
