Grazie a tutto lo staff gentile e premuroso. I have been going to this clinic for years. The doctors are professional and empathetic, they operated on my dog who is now perfectly fine. Thanks to all the kind and caring staff.
e	em cic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato di cuore, l'ecografia e il prelievo delle urine sono stati fatti al mio gatto in modo superficiale e sbrigativo, l'ecografista e la veterinaria Vagnerini sono stati molto maleducati sgarbativi, hanno eseguito l'esame in mia assenza dopo avermi chiesto di andare a prendere a casa le analisi precedenti, rispondevano in modo seccato alle mie domande e preoccupazoni relative alle dimensioni dei calcoli, hanno rotto il trasportino, ho ritrovato il mio gatto terrorizzato, infine, ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno chiesto anche 10 euro in più di quanto mi avevano detto inizialmente.. Se potessi metterei zero stelle e li farei chiudere oggi stesso. Sono riuscita una volta per pura fortuna a farmi rispondere per fare fare delle analisi a una delle mie gattine ed è andato tutto bene. Sono giorni che provo a contattarli per fissare un appuntamento per fare vaccinare l'altra e non ci sono mai, ho provato in giorni diversi e a orari disparati. Mi rivolgerò a qualcun altro. They are good and competent, the problem is that they are practically nowhere to be found on the phone. I managed once by sheer luck to get an answer to get one of my kittens analyzed and everything went well.
