Consultato un Veterinario , pare certo che la causa di tutto sia attribuibile al Sale ( FERTILIZZANTE ) utilizzato contro il ghiaccio . Ora il cane si sente meglio , ma non vi ringrazia !!! I would like to update you on the state of health of my hospitalized dog, due to vomiting with blood, Saturday 18/12 and discharged by you on 20/12, a hospitalization which ended without your diagnosis and with a confused clinical picture, but also with the payment of € 600. Having consulted a veterinarian, it seems certain that the cause of everything is attributable to the Salt (FERTILIZER) used against the ice. Now the dog feels better, but he doesn't thank you !!!

Diagnosi totalmente sbagliata e.....dopo un ricovero di quattro giorni ed un esborso economico di 650 Euro....la micia....per giunta abbastanza giovane.....mi viene riconsegnata, consigliando addirittura la soppressione. Portata urgentemente c/o un altro AMBULATORIO ed eseguito gli appropriati esami strumentali, non solo hanno risolto il problema ma, dopo ormai quaranta giorni.....la micia gode, per fortuna, di ottima salute. Mi fu riconsegnata con un peso di 2,6 kg. oggi, dopo poco più di un mese, non solo ha riacquistato peso 3,3 kg. ma ha ripreso la vitalità dei giorni migliori. Sto seriamente pensando ad una denuncia prima ed un' azione legale poi, non tanto per quanto speso invano ma per il danno morale e psicologico al quale sono stato sottoposto. Diffidate gente.....diffidate. Non è tutto oro quello che luccica. "Outpatient" completely to forget. Experience nothing short of hallucinating. Totally wrong diagnosis and ..... after a four-day hospitalization and an economic outlay of 650 Euros .... the cat .... moreover quite young ..... it is returned to me, even recommending its suppression. Taken urgently to another clinic and performed the appropriate instrumental tests, not only have they solved the problem but, after forty days now ..... the cat enjoys, fortunately, in excellent health. It was returned to me with a weight of 2.6 kg. today, after just over a month, not only has it regained weight 3.3 kg. but it has regained the vitality of the best days. I am seriously thinking of a complaint first and then a legal action, not so much for what was spent in vain but for the moral and psychological damage to which I was subjected. Beware people ..... beware. Not all that glitters is gold.

In questa clinica ho persino fatto il pronto soccorso per il mio cane e sono stati splendidi. Non sono esosi prendono ciò che io ritengo il giusto. Consigliatissima!!! Gorgeous H24 clinic with friendly professional staff who love animals. In this clinic I even did first aid for my dog and they were splendid. They are not greedy they take what I think is right. Highly recommended !!!

Sterilizzata e riportata dopo un giorno per emorragia....dopo 5 mesi di cure per un anemia gravissima ci si accorge di una garza di grandi dimensioni dimenticata nell' addome dal chirurgo responsabile della vostra clinica. 30 cm di intestino rimosso ...milza asportata e un cane di due anni che non sarà più lo stesso. Farvi i complimenti e sperare che lei non tocchi mai più un bisturi mi sembra il minimo. I waited a long time to come up with a review summarizing 5 long months of agony (or maybe I just waited for an apology that never came). Sterilized and brought back after a day for haemorrhage .... after 5 months of treatment for a very serious anemia, one notices a large gauze gauze forgotten in the abdomen by the surgeon in charge of your clinic. 30 cm of intestine removed ... spleen removed and a two-year-old dog that will never be the same again. Complimenting you and hoping she never touches a scalpel again seems to me the least.

Per la prima volta sento che Evaluna viene trattata come una creatura, e non come una cosa. Grazie a tutto lo staff! I sincerely thank the Pet's life Veterinary Clinic, for taking care of my "little" Evaluna, (a 17-year-old old woman!) For comforting me and being close to us, following my cat with constant interest. For the first time I feel that Evaluna is being treated as a creature, and not as a thing. Thanks to all the staff!
