Принесли кота (у котика 3 лапы)- смотрите на фото как зверски к нему там относились: гематома на передней единственной лапе, гематома на задней лапе, гематомы и синяки на двух задних лапах. Не знаю, что они там с ним делали. Естественно, животное не может рассказать, но видя его общее состояние забрала не дожидаясь анализов. А про анализы тоже ждал сюрприз: в этой клинике если находится животное внимание! они не дают заключение. Что сделано, как сделано! Это просто жесть! Лишать лицензии и убирать подобного рода заведения по издевательству над животными и ложью со стороны обслуживающих! За 30 лет впервые вижу чтобы подобного рода заведение имело лицензию. Животное сидит испуганное в клетке, его все трогают без надобности руками- спрашивается для чего? Забирала кота чуть ли не с милицией. Обходите стороной! Bypass this veterinary clinic. Non metto assolutamente in dubbio la professionalità dei dottori, ma posso dare un giudizio sulla scarsa sensibilità di alcuni nel rivolgersi a noi proprietari. D'altro canto ringrazio il dott. Calcatelli, dott. Procopio e la dott.ssa Meninno che sono stati davvero bravi, gentili ed empatici. My cat was hospitalized for a week at this facility and unfortunately she didn't make it. I absolutely do not question the professionalism of the doctors, but I can give an opinion on the lack of sensitivity of some in contacting us owners. On the other hand, I thank Dr. Calcatelli, dr. Loffari, il mio primo gatto reduce da un sarcome, il costo dell'operazione era elevato e anche il post operatorio prevedeva molte spese, ma la bravissima Giovanna ha insegnato a mio padre cosa fare per evitare i costi delle medicazioni. Giovanna ha praticamente cresciuto il mio amato cane che per 13 anni è stato curato da lei, bravissima come la pediatra per un figlio, ha sempre cercato, insieme alle segretarie di alleggerire i numerosi costi che negli a anni ho dovuto sostenere, proponendomi medicine umane anzichè veterinarie e la possibilità di fare delle cure in casa per non portarlo in ambulatorio e spesso mi ha aiutato anche telefonicamente, perche sebbene occupatissima, bastava lasciare un messaggio e lei richiamava anche a tarda ora proponendomi cure casalinghe per non farmi portare il pet in ambulatorio. mi sono stati vicini anche nel momento più brutto cercando un medico nella mia zona che potesse venire a casa per addormentare il mio cane, piuttosto che sottopormi al calvario dell'ultimo viaggio. mi spiace per i commenti negativi che tra l'altro sono quasi tutti riferiti ai costi o comunque al personale di pronto soccorso, che certamente non rappresente l'esperienza e la competenza dei veterinari storici di questa clinica. Il cane dopo due settimane di degenza si riprende, da quel momento, ha iniziato un lungo percorso di dolori allo stomaco e problematiche di digestione, oggi 26 novembre, di nuovo operata per una peritonite e si scopre che il cane è stato rovinato a vita da questi macellai, intervento sbagliato, aderenze e altro. Il tutto pagato a questa gentaglia oltre 3000€. Febbre alta, infezione in corso da diversi giorni difficoltà a mangiare e quel poco che mangiava lo rigettava... Situazione veramente Critica e complessa...avevo paura che non ci sarebbe stato un domani... Sono stati giorni terribili, non passavano mai.... Ieri, 13 09 2021, ho potuto riabbracciare Nacho e questo lo devo alla professionalità dello staff della Clinica Dottori, segretarie e tutti indistintamente ma un plauso particolare va alla Dottoressa Troise e al Dottor Procopio che sono stati di una professionalità eccelsa... Vi ringrazio veramente tanto per tutto ciò che avete fatto, e ringrazio Michela per il modo in cui ha gestito la parte economica...GRAZIE. Se ci sono delle regole è giusto che Tali vengano rispettate per il bene dei nostri "compagni PELOSI"... così facendo lo Staff può lavorare in tranquillità e garantire maggior attenzione ai pazienti ricoverati..
