★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID if yiu need your dogs passport stamped to go back to the UK, unless you speak Italian well, our bill was €94! I explained to the receptionist and then to the doctor that I only needed the tapeworm treatment and the stamp & date in the passport. Nevertheless, the dog was examined, tick treatment included, although I said that they shouldn't worry about it once again during the visit. The vet took a photo of the pet passport & the bill of health that he produced (that no one asked for) with his phone. This is the most expensive visit for the same purpose I've had for the last 8 years. I've paid from €10 in Venezia last year, €30 in the Czech Republic & from €35 to €56 in France, the last one in Paris, includincluding the same services as this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic humane for my dog that was dying. And considerate of my feelings as well. Very busy at certain times of day, there was a wait to be seen. I will go back the next time we need animal care after hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 11pm to treat my poor pup who swallowed a hacky sack. They were very professional and exhaustive explaining how they were going to proceed etc.
They also emailed the x-ray to me right away.
Good experience over all, considering that at that hour I was the only patient there. I'm sure it can get very busy during the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last July brought my elderly cat in and they kept her two nights. In the end she recovered with a shot of antibiotics. It cost a small fortune. Today I returned because I couldn't get an appointment for two days and at 6pm was told I was next in line. 40 minutes later when I inquired I was told that without an appointment it was a long wait. I'll say! Bye bye, not going back. The only time I'm making my cat stay that long in the carrier is when I move and have no choice.
