Siamo stati accolti da un signore che non ha fatto altro che dubitare della nostra capacità di saper educare e convivere con un cane e farlo vivere dignitosamente. Abbiamo sempre avuto cani in casa, chiaramente morti per cause naturali, chi per vecchiaia e chi purtroppo per malattie ma anche in questo caso è stata, senza il minimo ritegno, messa in dubbio la nostra buona fede, insinuando di non aver curato il nostro cane dalla lesmaniosi quando non ci era stato minimamente chiesto se fosse stato curato o meno ma solo di che morte fosse morto. Trovo oltremodo irrispettoso il modo in cui siamo state trattate mia madre ed io, trovo inconcepibile che la frustrazione del personale possa rendere impossibile un adozione. Siamo state chiamate finalmente dopo la visita al canile, chiamata che è arrivata durante il mio orario di lavoro per cui ho chiesto di poter richiamare in quanto occupata in quel momento. La risposta, saccente e scocciata, è stata che ero stata già abbastanza fortunata a ricevere quella chiamata e che chissà se avrebbero risposto al mio tentativo di richiamare. Sono avvilita e tremendamente dispiaciuta per quanto accaduto, avevamo solo intenzione di adottare un cane e fare del bene a lui e a noi. I find it utterly disrespectful how my mother and I have been treated, I find it inconceivable that staff frustration can make an adoption impossible. We were finally called after the visit to the kennel, a call that came during my working hours so I asked to be able to call back as she was busy at that time. The answer, pedantic and annoyed, was that I was already lucky enough to receive that call and who knows if they would have responded to my attempt to call back. I am disheartened and terribly sorry for what happened, we were just going to adopt a dog and do good to him and us. We will continue to call in an attempt to adopt one

I dottori e le dottoresse della muratella sono stati sempre presenti e disponibili, per ogni evenienza ed in ogni momento, tutto totalmente gratuito e con la massima professionalità. Sicuramente ci sono dei problemi, un canale/gattile/ pronto soccorso veterinario in una città che accoglie più di 3 milioni di persone residenti è sicuramente una realtà difficile da fronteggiare. Ma sono stati veramente sempre presenti e professionali! Grazie ancora My boyfriend found a stray kitten with tracheal tumor and looked after him in his final days. Muratella's doctors were always present and available, for any eventuality and at any time, all totally free and with the utmost professionalism. Certainly there are problems, a veterinary canal / cattery / emergency room in a city that welcomes more than 3 million resident people is certainly a difficult reality to face. But they were truly always present and professional! Thanks again

Dopo l’invio per mail del questionario e vari solleciti mi hanno contattato telefonicamente dopo 2 mesi chiedendomi se ero ancora interessato. Nel frattempo ho adottato una cagnetta meticcia da un’associazione privata di Pomezia. Sono stati disponibili e gentile preparandomi al meglio per accogliere la piccola Shy. Ho apprezzato molto la scrupolosità nel voler conoscere la mia composizione familiare, abitazione, stile di vita ecc in modo da consigliarmi anche un cane il più possibile “compatibile” con noi. Ho letto cattive recensioni per aver negato l’affido di un cane ad alcune persone: credo che per chi svolge con amore e passione questo lavoro non ci sia nulla di peggio di veder rientrare in canile un cane dato in affido perché magari “troppo” per gli affidatari I found attentive and trained personnel in the medical staff, among the educators and in the administrative staff. Sono animali dolcissimi sono anime che vogliono solo coccole!!??? Excellent and very professional educators, the dogs are kept very well, the cages are very clean! wide choice of dogs but they are all beautiful and looking for a family, so do not hesitate to go to the Muratella kennel via della Magliana.
