La dolcezza che mettono nel loro lavoro è commovente, lo scrupolo che hanno nei controlli e soprattutto l'empatia che traspare nel trattare gli animali come parte della famiglia rendono la clinica una delle poche certezze della nostra vita. A chi si lamenta dei prezzi dico due cose: 1. La professionalità costa. Chi chiede poco è perché vale poco. 2. Le spese veterinarie sono detraibili. Se non siete disposti a spendere per i vostri animali non fateveli. This clinic has become the place of the heart for us. The sweetness they put into their work is moving, the scruple they have in controls and above all the empathy that transpires in treating animals as part of the family make the clinic one of the few certainties in our life. To those who complain about prices I say two things: 1. Professionalism costs. Who asks for little is because it is worth little. 2. Veterinary expenses are deductible. Mentre ci comunicavano che il nostro cane era "sull'orlo del baratro" chiacchieravano amichevolmente al telefono in viva voce con un altro cliente. Per non parlare poi delle battute inappropriate, dei medicinali somministrati e prescritti con leggerezza, dei costi correlati. Un'altalena di emozioni, un giorno non c'era da preoccuparsi ed il giorno dopo il nostro cane era in pericolo di vita. Così per una settimana, fino a quando abbiamo deciso di rivolgerci ad un altro specialista. Solo in quel momento siamo stati contattati personalmente dal direttore.... Con la nuova terapia il mio cane si sta riprendendo, fortunatamente abbiamo interrotto in tempo le terapie somministrate con leggerezza che stavano solo aggravando la situazione. Not recommended. A swing of emotions, one day there was no need to worry and the next day our dog was in danger of life. So for a week, until we decided to go to another specialist. Only then were we personally contacted by the manager .... With the new therapy my dog is recovering, fortunately we stopped in time the lightly administered therapies that were only aggravating the situation.

Massaro) di grande competenza e umanità. Anche la dottoressa che lo ha assistito è stata davvero preziosa. La visita è stata accuratissima. Insomma li ringrazio con tutto il cuore. Aggiungo, anche se è del tutto superfluo quando si tratta della salute dei nostri cari, che i costi sono di una onestà sorprendente. Grazie grazie grazie ancora Having read some reviews on Google I was skeptical at first ... luckily I followed my intuition. I found a doctor (Dr. Massaro) of great competence and humanity. Molto competente, grazie alla cura del Dottor Lorenzo ho riscontrato subito miglioramenti. Adesso il piccolo Rajah sta molto meglio! Ve lo consiglio vivamente . I was very satisfied, the Doctor immediately put us at ease, especially the little Rajah. Very competent, thanks to the care of Doctor Lorenzo I immediately found improvements.
