m	martina tortina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi assurdi. Incompetenza. Ogni recensione negativa la comprendo in pieno. Non tornerò più in questo posto orribile e indecente. Il veterinario che ci ha assistito è stato poco attento, e la stanza era sporchissima. Mi era stato sconsigliato fortemente di evitare questa clinica ma ahimè non vi ho dato ascolto. Prices absurd. Incompetence. Every negative review I understand in full. I do not go back to this horrible place and indecent. The veterinarian who assisted was careless, and the room was filthy. I was strongly advised to avoid this clinic but alas I have not given you listen.

Traspare un grande amore per gli animali e tanta umanità. La clinica e’ pulitissima con ambulatori altamente attrezzati. I medici e le infermiere sono davvero, molto preparati e con grande prontezza, esperienza e determinazione hanno salvato la vita della nostra cucciola. Nei giorni di prognosi della nostra cagnolina ho potuto constatare ogni giorno questa grande umanità e professionalità del personale. Mai una volta che non fossero stati disponibili per noi, che non abbiamo dedicato il loro tempo a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda ed esigenza.... Mi è rimasta impressa la frase di un infermiera, una sera che eravamo lì a trovare la nostra cagnolina: abbiamo commentato con mio marito, quanto doveva essere difficile e duro il loro lavoro e lei, candidamente ci ha risposto: “si, ma è anche meraviglioso”. Io ho solo da dire il meglio su questa clinica e sono davvero estremamente grata per tutto quello che hanno fatto per noi e per la nostra cucciola. Grazie ancora di cuore! Great professionalism and competence: highly qualified staff, very kind and attentive to customers. There is a great love for animals and a lot of humanity. The clinic is spotless with highly equipped outpatient clinics. The doctors and nurses are really, very prepared and with great promptness, experience and determination they saved the life of our puppy. In the days of prognosis of our dog I was able to observe every day this great humanity and professionalism of the staff. Never once that they were not available for us, that we did not dedicate their time to answer all our questions and needs .... I was impressed by the phrase of a nurse, one evening we were there to visit our dog : we commented with my husband, how difficult and hard their work must have been and she candidly replied: “yes, but it's also wonderful”. I have only the best to say about this clinic and I am extremely grateful for all they have done for us and our puppy. Thanks again from the heart!

La mia cagnolina, scomparsa qualche giorno fa, era loro paziente da quasi due anni ed è sempre stata curata con il massimo della professionalità, tempestività e umanità. Ringrazio la dottoressa Giulia Giannino, che si è occupata di lei negli ultimi giorni, il dottor Marco Gaspari cardiologo davvero bravissimo e tutto lo staff per aver fatto sempre tutto il possibile, ve ne siamo grati noi e siamo sicuri anche Nanà! :) Very positive experience. My dog, who passed away a few days ago, had been their patient for almost two years and has always been treated with the utmost professionalism, promptness and humanity. I thank Dr. Giulia Giannino, who took care of her in the last few days, Dr. Marco Gaspari, a really talented cardiologist and all the staff for always doing everything possible, we are grateful to you and we are sure Nanà too! :)
G	Giuseppe Galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 19,20 vado a far visitare il mio cane, perché presenta un disagio anomalo, un trovatello tanto è vero che amo gli animali ; trovo una Gentilissima dottoressa professionale nulla da ridire....però se vado io a far una visita oppure una lastra pago molto di meno..... Pazzesco!!!! ma come si dice l importante è che il cane stia bene cmq totale 260 euro...si ma se il padrone nn hai soldi il cane come starà? Comunque sono uscito da li con 260 euro in meno e col dispiacere che dovrò far fare delle rinunce a mio figlio ..ma almeno speriamo che il mio cane stia meglio........ La sua risposta, mi permette di chiarire alcuni punti. Bianca ha fatto l'eco addome, altrove, non è stata riscontrata nessuna piometra o altro tipo di infezione. Il galastop somministrato, comunicato alla vostra Dottoressa, ha provocato un nuovo calore. Sono delusa anche dal mio veterinario di fiducia, il quale non ha capito quale fosse il problema di Bianca. Inoltre volevo rassicurarla, che Bianca è sempre stata e sarà accudita e curata come una figlia, perché questo è ciò che rappresenta lei per me Ciò che trovo molto strano...,sono le recensioni ...che la lamentela è sempre la stessa....interesse economico e non interesse per l'animale Inoltre non mi ha dato spiegazioni perché la dottoressa ha richiesto di essere a digiuno per l'emogasanalisi Cordiali saluti. PS Perdite giallastre non sono comparse nell' ecografia addome

My dog: Nobody solved the problem she had in the ear (Mallassezia fungus) after a Tympanum injury. I took her to Gregorio VII and spent a lot of money with them for nothing. They didn't found the problem and even worst, they took my money until the end (consult + drugs > 500 Euros)) Dr. Alessandro from Clinica CASSIA solved my problem in 30 minutes. I found out this Vet by change in the Internet. Lucky was I Dr. Alessandro right way told me he would need to make a tampone and see in the Microscope what was the issue with my dog. He told that he found the fungus and prescribed the medicine, WHICH WAS THE ONLY MEDICINE THAT SOLVED THE ISSUE. No other vet in Rome (I visited 3 before find CASSIA) did that. Again, I am telling what happened to me. That's it!!
