Un anno fa portai il mio gatto che nn respirava bene presso questo posto ed un "tizio" fu molto sgarbato e menefreghista...tanto che mentre visitava ha pensato bene di stare al telefono disquisendo su banalità di un mangime anziché un altro.
Dopo aver aspettato 10 minuti di ovvietà, la mia amica ha chiesto se potesse chiudere la telefonata ed intervenire per l'insufficienza respiratoria del gatto. Di tutta risposta c'è stata una serie di battute stizzite verso di me (la padrona del gatto). La più clamorosa e senza cuore è stata "mica è colpa mia se il gatto è ridotto cosi".
Portai via il mio gatto e dopo una settimana morì perché aveva un tumore ai polmoni.
...perdere un animale a cui si vuole bene non è piacevole e vederlo star male non è un bello spettacolo. I veterinari potrebbero essere un po' più empatici soprattutto in certi momenti! Questo "tizio" in quel momento l'ho odiato e spero tanto nn capiti a nessuno di avere a che fare con lui! Ahimè nn so il suo nome! So che lavora presso questo posto.
If I could put ZERO STARS I would ...
A year ago I took my cat who didn't breathe well at this place and a "guy" was very rude and indifferent ... so much so that while he was visiting he thought it best to stay on the phone talking about the banality of one feed instead of another.
After waiting 10 minutes of obviousness, my friend asked if she could end the call and intervene for the cat's respiratory failure. In response there was a series of angry jokes towards me (the owner of the cat). The most sensational and heartless was "it's not my fault if the cat is so reduced".
I took my cat away and after a week he died because he had lung cancer.
... losing an animal you love is not pleasant and seeing it sick is not a good sight. Vets could be a little more empathetic especially at certain times! This "guy" at that moment I hated him and I hope so much no one happens to have anything to do with him! Alas I don't know his name! I know he works at this place.
