All’appuntamento il cane è stato accompagnato non da me ma da un’altra persona e il costo del lavaggio è salito a 40€. Motivazione: il cane ha fatto 3 volte pipì ed aveva tanta muta. Aumento sul prezzo dichiarato del 33%. After booking I asked for the price for washing my dog, specifying breed and size and I was told 30 euros. At the appointment, the dog was accompanied not by me but by another person and the cost of washing rose to € 40. Motivation: the dog peed 3 times and had a lot of wetsuits. 33% increase on the declared price.

Luogo molto carino, allegro e ben pulito, con uno Shop molto comodo rifornito di cibo e accessori per cani e gatti. Prezzi onestissimi/ottima qualità del lavoro svolto. Parcheggio presente. Il mio cocker si trova benissimo!ormai un appuntamento fisso per toeletta, rifiniture e tagli vari. Assolutamente consigliato!!! Fantastic toilet, the girls are very kind and sweet, you can see that they have a great passion for animals. Very nice, cheerful and clean place, with a very comfortable shop stocked with food and accessories for dogs and cats. Very honest prices / excellent quality of the work done. Parking present. My cocker is very well! Now a fixed appointment for grooming, finishing and various cuts. Absolutely recommended !!!

Da subito mi è piaciuto molto come approccia con i pelosi (cane - gatto). Ho portato i miei due gatti, risultato belli puliti, in più ho visto da casa come ha fatto la toiletta ai gatti e come erano tranquilli. Consigliatissimo, seguiteli su Instagram, tik tok e valutate voi, per me sono bravissimi e professionali.

Sinceramente mi sono trovata abbastanza bene la prima volta che ho portato la mia barboncina toy.. L'ultima volta sono rimasta sconvolta di come l'hanno ridotta. Ho sempre pettinato la mia barboncina togliendogli il più possibile tutti i nodi in vista della toeletta.. Ma l'ultima volta mi è stata consegnata in queste condizioni.. E la foto parla da sola.. Per fortuna esistono tolettatori capaci di fare il proprio lavoro e anche qui la foto parla da sola. Sinceramente ho scritto adesso dopo 4 mesi perché ho dovuto aspettare la ricrescita del pelo per fargli rifare un taglio come si deve, ed ho voluto fare una recensione. Infatti ho detto che le prime volte mi sono trovata abbastanza bene, questa cosa è accaduta perché non è stata sempre la stessa persona a tagliarla. Io non faccio il lavoro vostro.. E mi stupisco che la sua collaboratrice mi abbia chiamato per chiedere a me di quanti cm doveva essere tagliato il cane e non mi ha detto che la situazione era tale da imporre un taglio così drastico. Comunque va bene così.. After 4 months, I can afford to give an opinion on the experience lived in this Giustiniana dressing table. Honestly, I was quite happy the first time I brought my toy poodle. Last time I was shocked at how they reduced it. I have always combed my poodle by removing as much as possible all the knots in view of the toilet .. But the last time it was delivered to me in these conditions .. And the photo speaks for itself .. Fortunately, there are groomers capable of doing their job and even here the photo speaks for itself. Honestly I wrote now after 4 months because I had to wait for the regrowth of the hair to make him redo a cut as it should, and I wanted to do a review. In fact I said that the first few times I found myself quite well, this thing happened because it wasn't always the same person who cut it. I don't do your job .. And I am amazed that her collaborator called me to ask me how many cm the dog had to be cut and she didn't tell me that the situation was such as to impose such a drastic cut. Anyway that's okay ..

Curano ogni minimo particolare e coccolano i nostri amati pelosetti fino all'ultimo istante. Ho due dobermann e uno di questi ha difficoltà ad accettare il soffione; con pazienza e perseveranza stanno abituando il mio cane ad essere coccolato e pulito nel miglior modo possibile. Complimenti davvero?? Excellent and highly professional grooming. Employees and owners can handle any situation. They take care of every detail and pamper our beloved furry pets until the last moment. I have two Dobermans and one of them has difficulty accepting the shower head; with patience and perseverance they are accustoming my dog to being pampered and cleaned in the best possible way. Congratulations indeed??
